  • The main residence is 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with an incredible wraparound porch with views of Terrace Hill. The home features a generous open floor plan allowing guests to easily and comfortably flow between the kitchen and the living room. The home is wired with Smart Technologies and a panel in the living room instantly turning on lights, TVs and more. Stainless steel GE appliances including refrigerator, microwave, stove accompanied by a wall-mounted pot filler, and dishwasher accent the modern kitchen. Enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine on the deck or the beautifully landscaped front yard!

    Downtown San Luis Obispo is only one mile away with a number of different fun ways to walk, bike or drive to your favorite restaurants, coffee shops and shopping destinations. Cal Poly is a short 1.5 miles away and Terrace Hill (SLO's famous in-town sunset viewing spot) is only 1/2 mile away.

    Beaches, wineries, hiking and the best of everything that San Luis Obispo County has to offer is a very short drive away!

Graduation weekend

We had a nice stay here with family and friends to attend our daughter’s graduation. It was clean and well appointed. It was a perfect centralized point for all of the weekend activities

Everyone in our multi-generational party enjoyed this gracious, newly remodeled home. The large common space made it easy for us to gather for meals and games in the evenings. We highly recommend booking, and we will do so in the future.

Visit to Cal Poly

The house was lovely and despite being on a busy road was very quiet. It was a great location to pop in and out of downtown, over to Cal Poly, down to Avila, etc. Highly recommend.

Amazing

Such attention to detail in all of the spaces. There were charming Christmas decorations up to enhance our stay. The kitchen was amazingly well-equipped with everything we could need - and then some! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great house

One of the best experiences with a rental we have ever had. The management was amazing always available for Any questions. The house is gorgeous well kept and very homey. Anything you would need in a home was available in this home

Wonderful stay!

For an annual friends trip we chose SLO and could not be happier with the BEAUTIFUL home we got to spend the weekend at! The home was perfect for enjoying time catching up with friends and the proximity to downtown San Luis Obispo made it easy to go out for a nice meal and do some shopping. The property manager went above and beyond for us. We can’t wait to visit again!

Absolutely lovely and immaculate

Our very best experience with VRBO rental! Kitchen well appointed; beautiful bed linens and plenty of bath towels. Comfortable beds. House was immaculate and Tricia was on top of communication. You will not be disappointed.

Great vacation rental. Tricia has really spent a lot of effort to make the space enjoyable. Beds are very comfy. Kitchen has new appliances. They had a very good stock of the basics in the kitchen. Thanks again.

One of the best

We had the best stay at this property as a group of moms looking for a relazing weekend getaway. This property has amazing accomodations and is extremely clean. The house was clean and crisp finishes as if it is not even a rental property. The owners provide bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, Q-tips, makeup remover with pads). This is by far the best house we have stayed at!

Beautiful SLO family friendly accommodations

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and Tricia our host was so accommodating! Truly all you needed to bring was a toothbrush and your clothing. Everything else was provided. The decor and rooms were so comfortable and stylish and the convenience to downtown San Luis Obispo is within minutes. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

A fine home

We enjoyed our family stay in Tricia’s home. She is an excellent host. The home has been recently remodeled and feels new. It is also nicely furnished and very well equipped. The location is close to downtown and CalPoly. Traffic on Johnson Avenue can be heard when outside.

The sweetest home

Walking into this home was like walking into a catalog! The remodel on this home has been done so well and the host does not skip on amenities! Everything about this house was so cute and welcoming making you feel at home the minute you walked in! Tricia was an amazing host and always quick to respond will definitely be visiting here again!

Perfect girls trip venue

Fabulous property for our girl's trip to SLO. The wrap around porch and open common areas were perfect for us to gather, talk, dine and just enjoy. The decor and amenities were top notch and absolutely everything you could ever need was there in plenty! The rideshare rides to 'downtown' SLO were short and convenient, as was our winery tour and beach visit! The host was beyond gracious. Highly, highly recommend this property!!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this home in SLO. It was CLEAN, which I truly appreciate. It was well decorated and up to date. The views from the back of the home are quite peaceful and we were all quite comfortable in our rooms. The home does sit on a busy street, so there was traffic noise. It was close to impossible to make a left turn out of the driveway for much of the day. It is about a 1-mile walk into town.

The house was super fresh and clean. It accommodated 4 couples perfectly. The location was an easy walk to town and trails. And just a quick ride to the beach and Paso Robles. Tricia communicated information very well and answered our questions quickly. A wonderful weekend! Thank you, Tricia!
