Stay to work, getaway to play or stop over for one night while on the road. Just steps away from the Oceano Beach bunny dunes and coastline - No A/C necessary; mother nature will provide fresh clean air. This property was designed with comfort in mind - accommodating 10 people easily with 4 generously sized bedrooms and 2-3/4 bathrooms. One bedroom downstairs and rest upstairs. The largest bedroom doubles as a game room, equipped with a foosball table/coffee table and a smart TV, plus enjoy sitting on the balcony and watch the whitewater surf with bunny dunes in the foreground. A peaceful place to gather next to the natural habitat of the Oceano Lagoon, take in the sights of ocean views and dune views from the windows. Cook and dine inside - Gather and grill on the large sun deck while everyone relaxes on cushioned patio furniture situated around a propane fire pit. A stocked kitchen to prepare large or small meals is at your service with cookware, bakeware and dining ware and equipped with small appliances; Ample driveway parking for three passenger cars, extra long and well lit at night for safety and security. Surveillance camera overlooking the driveway for added security. Cable internet with secure mesh WIFI system and Ethernet port connection on both floors. Located just outside of the gateway to the Oceano State Vehicular Recreation Area, close to beach rentals, grocery stores, restaurants, night life, live family entertainment, nature hikes, parks and an Amtrak station.

The house was great and clean. Host was great and helpful. The house is very close to the beach. There was plenty of room for our 10 family members. And, parking for 3 cars. We were in town for a memorial, so family stopped by throughout the day. Everyone was comfortable.

We loved this quirky, far enough away to be peaceful but close enough to Pismo to be convenient, house that was about 100 yards from the beach. That meant we could easily walk to the beach whenever we wanted, and to the ATV rental places only 3 blocks away. We liked that we weren't in Pismo but still had access to everything the area had to offer. The managers were incredibly responsive even for the little "these can wait" items we noticed, and there were only a few. All-in-all, an easy rental experience that helped make this one of our best family vacations ever. Thanks!

Relaxing Family Fun near Pismo

The property was clean, well organized, and had the right amenities for our stay. Communication with the owner leading up to our stay was timely and clear. Check-in and check-out was easy. Location was well situated with quick beach access and a short drive to Pismo. Plenty of good restaurants in Oceano as well.

Such a great place to stay for a relaxing time in the central coast. Short minute walk to the beach and a place for the whole family to gather. It’s great to have a full bath and bedroom downstairs for those who struggle with stairs. We had everything we needed for a fun stay with several families together for our son’s wedding. Quiet, peaceful, clean, and a great location!

WONDERFUL!

Fun birthday get away

We had a large group of friends celebrating a birthday. The house was the perfect size! And just steps to the beach! We loved the fire pit on the front deck and getting to grill on the patio. Kitchen was well stocked. I had lots of questions leading up to our stay and the host always responded to anything I asked within 24 hours. We had the best time!

Plenty of room for all of us!

Myself and my family were up in Pismo Beach for my nieces wedding! We decided we all wanted to be together before and all through the weekend and our ocean view home was perfect! We all had driven from different parts of California and there was ample parking for all of us! Yvonne and her family were super responsive and available in a moments notice. As it is with the wedding, there's so many things going on but to come home to comfortable beds and spacious accommodations at the end of several busy days was such a treat! Thank guys! Best, Dan

Great family house

The house worked perfectly for the 10 of us, loved the large dining table and sectional. We really enjoyed the front porch and fire pit. Our granddaughters loved playing in the dunes which were so close. It was a wonderful family weekend.
