Large Townhouse in Downtown Pismo, Sleeps 12!

Rental Vacation Condo is a 2200+ sq. ft. 4 bed, 2 bath located in the center of Downtown Pismo Beach. Beach, Pier, and Restaurants are just two blocks away.

Two living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Both include a queen sofa sleeper, flat screen smart TV to stream with the complimentary Wi-Fi. Downstairs living room has an electric fireplace and Pool Table (cues and billiard balls provided). Upstairs living room is in a large open great room with the kitchen and dining areas and has those wonderful ocean views as well as a deck with a barbecue (propane included). Dining area with 4 chairs and a bench, and a breakfast bar with 4 stools. Sleeps 12 people on 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 twins, and 2 queen sofa sleepers. Washer and Dryer.

Covered parking for 2 cars.

Family holiday stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was perfect for our family’s holiday. Close to the beach, coffee, restaurants and shopping, so we walked everywhere. It was very clean and essentials, like bathroom tissue and trash bags, were well stocked. The kitchen could use more large baking dishes and maybe a crockpot, but otherwise was had everything needed to cook for a large group. Would highly recommend this place and stay again.

Terrific trip to Pismo Beach

Great place within easy walking distance of the beach, trails and restaurants. Comes with off street parking so getting around is easy too. I recommend staying here if traveling with the right size group.

Awesome family getaway!

The house is spacious, clean, and super close to all the cool things Pismo has to offer. I loved that we could walk to the surf in wetsuits with our boards! The only thing lacking are outdoor showers- but there are some at the pier. We had such a great time, we are already thinking of booking again next year!

Perfect for what we needed

Great property in a great location. Close to small markets, food, and the beach. Plenty of room (two living rooms was great) and decent layout. Was exactly what we were looking for and we had a great time.

Great location fantastic service

We made a late decision to head down to Pismo Beach for a few days, and we loved this home. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and only two blocks to the beach. The home was better than advertised, and the property manager was easy to reach when we checked after hours. Five Stars!

Location is 2.5 blocks to the beach. Lots of space. Great pool table that kept the teens off their devices. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic place

Me and four old friends met for a guys weekend. The place was perfect. Great location, awesome pool table, 2 living rooms, and a nice little balcony. Highly recommended!

Nice Beach House in Convenient Location

Having the two living spaces was nice since we had 4 teens with us. The lack of outdoor space was disappointing and there were things I have always had at other beach houses we've rented that this place lacked -- be warned there are NO beach towels, wine glasses, no garage so nowhere to store surf boards or other beach gear. It is very conveniently located/walkable to beach and the main parts of Pismo.

Pismo Beach

The location was perfect. Everyone could come and go as they please and walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The place was nice and clean, and very spacious. There was a small leak in the upstairs bathroom coming from the ceiling but there had been heavy downpour.

Perfect for Family’s

Property management was great at keeping me informed about checking in. The house was perfect location. We walked down to the beach/pier and back several times with a 3 year old and 2 ten year olds. Nice and close. The 4 rooms accommodated 6 adults and 3 kids perfectly. We also enjoyed the two living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Definitely would stay here again.

Pismo Beach 50th Birthday

Booked to celebrate with family & friends for husbands 50th. Great central location to all the areas & events we did for the w/e. Condo is great location to the main downtown area of Pismo..very clean & the renovations are awesome! Under condo parking was a bit tricky w/ a larger vehicle. The house is on a main road so the traffic noise took some getting used to, however Pismo Beach is busy during the summer months, no way around that!!

All was great except one thing.

My family and I really enjoyed the condo. It was perfect for the older adults to have their own level and another level for younger adults. The one thing that made me rent this particular condo was the pool table. The pool table was nice except the pool sticks had to tips. This was very disappointing. I wanted to teach my daughter to play pool, but I could not do so properly. The pool table was one of the reasons I chose this property to entertain but my family and I were unsatisfied. If a property lists a pool table as an option, it should be fully functional. If you decide to stay at this property, be prepared to bring your own pool sticks.

Great location and spacious home

We enjoyed our stay at this rental home, which is located conveniently near the Pismo Beach Pier and downtown. It's very big with 4 bedrooms, and two living rooms, each of which has a sofa bed. We cooked three meals a day in the kitchen. The hot shower and heating work well for all. Beds are very comfy. The only issue is a broken window that has a damaged frame. A sign is posted under the window not to open it because it can't be closed by hand, but we didn't see it until it's too late. We are charged of fees because of opening this window that needs a contractor to close it. Hope they will repair the window frame and completely restore the window. Meanwhile, they should post the sign at the eye level for people to see it.

Great location but had some problems

The property was in an ideal location, very close to town and an easy walk to the beach. the beds were comfortable and worked well. We found most of what we needed in the kitchen, but lacked a bit on pots and pans, but really not a big deal. We did experience issues getting the heat to work the first night. During our stay the downstairs remained very warm while the upstairs bedroom were chilly. We also had an issue with an extremely loud buzzing noise all through out the first two nights, which we were never able to pinpoint, but think it may have been the motor on the water heater. The property management was responsive about the heating, but it took a couple of calls to address the noise issue. Upon leaving we were charged $50 of our deposit for a cleaning issue—we thought we had resolved it, and left the house in place before we left. My husband called to inquire about the charge and was informed we should email them. When I reached out to the property management via email about seeing if this $50 could be refunded due to the issues with noise and heating I got no response back from them. This is a good house in a good location but I am not sure I would book with them again due to the Isssues listed above.

Great location but a poor overall experience

The house is conveniently located but was lacking in many ways. - The sleeper sofas were old and broken down, suitable only for small children at best. One is sloped so much we had to buttress it with pillows under the frame to make it even. - Floors were incredibly dirty. Socks and bare feet immediately turned black from walking in the house. - Carpet was grimy and always felt moist. We avoided letting the kids play on it when possible. - “Patio” is a stretch. It’s really just a walkway and we couldn’t fit more than two chairs side by side on it. Even then there wasn’t enough room for others to pass or hang out with. - Street noise level is high. This was tough because the house gets warm fast and we had to keep windows open all night. Bring white noise machines to drown it out. - Downstairs bedroom window opens right onto the garbage bins, so the room stunk whenever we opened the window. - Carport was convenient but was too narrow to comfortably park two mini-vans. We got them to fit, but it took several attempts make the tight turn necessary. Street parking was easier but is impossible to get during the daytime unless you’re lucky. - Fridge and washer/dryer were good quality and worked well. Dishwasher was much poorer and didn’t clean well at all, even with pre-washing. - It was clear the walls had not been washed in some time. A black light exposed incredible amounts of something on the walls in the room with the twin beds. We chose not to let anyone sleep in that room.
