The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need (except a dishwasher) and opens to a dining area for four with a breakfast bar overlooking the ocean — ideal for coffee with a view.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This was my second time staying at this location, and I definitely consider it a favorite! Jenny and Kim are awesome, and you simply cannot beat the location. I’m returning in two weeks to stay in unit B with my mother. She’s visually impaired but loves the sounds of the beach. This will be an amazing stay for her.

The place was very clean and you can’t get any closer to the ocean. Few minute walk to all the shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again next time we are in the Pismo area.

Great stay

The view was amazing. We stayed in unit B which in on the ground floor. Everything was as advertised. The only thing negative was how noisy it is in the early morning. Trucks unload next to the building for the close hotels and the garbage trucks rumbled by every morning. Loved everything else.

Family Vacation

I don't have any cons about this place. The price, location, amenities, ect. Everywhere was walking distance. The parking was perfect. The cul-de-sac was great for unloading our things during check in so we didn't have to look for parking ( our truck was too high to park in the garage). The beach was not crowded and the condo was just steps away from the sand. They have beach chairs and towels although we did bring our own. My kiddos slept great in the king size bed. Night time was quiet, even with ppl walking around you couldn't hear them. The coffee maker was a plus lol the shower water was amazing! We would definitely come back again, thanks ladies.
