  • Artistically designed, beach decor, many upscale amenities, block and a half from Pismo State Beach. Restaurants, entertainment and miles of wide beaches are a short walk away.

    3-level condo features beautiful beach decor. Both bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor and each have their own en-suite bathroom. The bedroom with a queen size bed has a TV w/ cable and the en-suite has a shower/tub combo. The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV w/ cable, beverage fridge, balcony, and the en-suite bath has a walk-in shower and dual-sink vanity with reverse osmosis filtered water. The main living area is on the second floor and is an open layout. The living room is furnished with a twin sleeper sofa for 1 person and a queen sleeper sofa for 2 people, a large flatscreen TV w/ cable, and complimentary wireless internet. Kitchen includes granite counters, stainless steel appliances, gas range & oven, dishwasher, as well as a Reverse Osmosis System for filtered water. Private patio with table & chairs off the main living area, closest to the dining room. Secluded outdoor sand shower with hot and cold water.

    2 Car private garage with full size washer and dryer. The shared driveway cannot be used for additional parking.

Wonderful Time!

My first impression of the property was how clean it was! I also like that it was tucked away from the busy downtown area (holiday weekend). The property is well stocked, with a beautiful, large kitchen. It was the perfect size for our family of 7, which includes young adults, and an infant.

Pismo Beach condo

We had a great time in Pismo staying at this condo. Check in process was easy, location made all restaurants and the beach easily walkable for us >60 yr olds:) The kitchen was well stocked for our needs. My only suggestion would be for the 2nd bedroom. The queen bed was pushed up against the wall which I’m sure is easy for some but was definitely not easy for this senior:( (especially in the middle of the night haha) Overall a nice place!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, fairly quiet. Close to the pier and lots of restaurants. However, as long term renters it is frustrating not to have adequate cleaning supplies. Only a broom (no dustpan) and a mop were provided to clean the floors. Also, communication with the owner was painfully slow such that repairs were not made in a timely manner.

With the 2 car spaces in the garage, you won't need to stress about moving your car and you can walk to everything. Condo itself was perfectly clean and very well furnished with comfy furniture and plenty of glassware/plates, etc. Team at Coastal Vacation Rentals was helpful and pleasant to work with, and our security deposit was refunded very quickly. We will definitely book again.

Amazing house close to the beach

Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our group of 4 - <2 blocks to the beach, great size, generally clean, and nice amenities (outdoor shower was key when we got back from the beach). Overall, would recommend to rent!There were a couple of things that we didn't love: (1) The listing states a private outdoor shower and grill, however it's actually shared across all other units (all of whom seemed to use it quite often, which was somewhat awkward / inconvenient as it was right next to our unit). (2) The rental company wasn't always the most pleasant to deal with: One example: Upon arrival, we had closed the garage thinking there was access through the unit. When calling the rental company at ~9pm at night to try to get access through the keypad, we finally reached someone who was quite disgruntled and exasperated, telling us that she was asleep and that she couldn't do anything. Eventually her coworker was able to help us, but wasn't really the best experience.However, despite these 2 pieces we obviously loved our stay and would recommend. Those are just two watch-outs if you do rent!

Classic At Pismo Beach Show

Reviewer Comments: The property description was accurate,the unit was clean and well maintained, the location was perfect and walking distance of the pier, shopping and all the restaurants. The two car garage was great to house our 2 hot rods for the Classic At Pismo Beach.There are 4-5 things that need to be addressed, (see below) and if the owner implements our suggestions, we would gladly recommend this unit to friends and family.In our opinion this is an older unit that has been updated fairly nicely, but could use a few updates.For starters the front door has a key pad and key to get the door open. The key did not work correctly so our entrance and exits were through the rear kitchen door. The front door and kitchen door doorbells did not work. The sofas an chair in the living room were either handed down or purchased from a garage sale and were very uncomfortable. The TV in the living room had 5 remote controls with no clear instructions. We had invited 2 other couples to the unit to watch the Warriors game, however we had to go to a local bar to watch the Warriors final game. The tech staff was very helpful but after 3 attempts to get that TV to work they finally got the tv working on the second day of our 4 day rental. Suggestions: Replace the old sofas and chair in the living room, fix the front door lock, fix the doorbells and add a combo USB/Elec wall socket in the kitchen and both upstairs bathrooms.Otherwise it was a great experience

The micro went out after the first week but the owner was very quick to respond and replaced it. The location of this unit is very convenient, easy to get in and out of. Being there a month we fixed most of our meals but we did eat out a lot so it was very convenient for walking. A very quiet place to stay, not too much traffic noise. We would definitely recommend it.

The online pictures of the unit were accurate and the accommodations were comfortable. However, we were disappointed by the lack of cleaning equipment which the owner refused to provide. This is understandable for short term rentals, but unreasonable for long term renters, especially as we were returning guests. The staff at Coastal Vacation Rentals were extremely helpful and pleasant.

Holiday break

Nice stay in Pismo beach

The property was exactly as described but faced couple of challenges .. Laundry was not working before we checked in and they let us know that it wasn't but still was a problem. Not sure what it was but both my kid and I with allergies had trouble first night - not sure if it was cleaning material or the furniture. It went away by 2nd day. Coastal was good overall pre checkin with communications and this place is in a great location.

One of the best places we've stayed...

The unit was well kept and had everything we needed. Location was a stone's throw away from the sand and the beach and conveniently situated to all the food and shopping. Beds and furniture were comfortable as well. Will definitely come back.

Pismo beach vacation

The property was great! The only complaint we have is with the brown couch in the living room. It is broken down and very uncomfortable and our family of 5 could not all be seated comfortably in the living room at one time to watch a movie together.
