"This is a hidden gem. A car is essential as the hotel is in a very pretty but rural area with no other facilities. However the hotel is absolutely first class, the rooms are spacious, airy and well appointed. The hotel restaurant is brilliant with a great selection of local dishes and on Saturday and Sunday a quaint small bar at the front of the hotel where you can sit and watch the occasional cyclist or car go by. The owning family are so helpful and made us feel so welcome "

"Loved the small vineyard on the property and the view of the surrounding mountains. The host was friendly and helpful. When we couldn't get a taxi to respond on a Sunday morning she drove us into town herself! This place was a taste of real Italy off the beaten tourist path."

"The place is easy to find as it is minutes from the train station and close to the town square. The hotel is spotless, and the staff was very helpful. I was very comfortable and enjoyed my stay."
