The four-bedroom villa offers stunning views over the Gozan countryside. A large private terrace provides seating on two levels, perfect for al fresco dining. The upper terrace with a charcoal grill and a covered dining area. On the lower pool deck, there is open-air seating for six as well as four sun loungers for relaxing.

Inside, the 2-floor villa is air conditioned and provides ample space for up to ten people. The living room is centred around a feature fireplace and furnished with large comfortable sofas and a Smart TV. This flows into a large open plan kitchen/dinner with a large dining table for eight and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for your effortless family-friendly vacation.

There are four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms in this villa comfortably accommodating ten people.
Bedroom 1: This large bright and airy room features a double bed with ample storage space and an ensuite bathroom. There is also access to the terrace.
Bedroom 2: Beautiful and bright with a high ceiling is furnished with a large double bed, desk, and vanity dresser with mirror and an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: A large bedroom with four single beds, a large armoire, balcony access and an ensuite bathroom.

The villa features five modern bathrooms, with one common bathroom with a bathtub, shower WC and wash basin. The remaining four bathrooms are all ensuite, complete with standalone showers, wash basins and WC.

Location

San Lawrenz is located on the western side of Gozo, a small village with a rural lifestyle, it\'s a small peaceful town with one restaurant and one bar in the local area. Small grocery shops are available within the village. A short car journey of five mins will take you to Dwerja Bay and the Inland Sea famous for scuba diving and the golden sand beaches.

The island can be conveniently explored by car and public transport. Historical tours, treks and water sports can be easily booked and reached anywhere on the island. Victoria the capital of Gozo is a convenient 10-minute car journey, here you’ll find many bars and restaurants as well as the famous Citadel. Victoria has many museums and tours dedicated to the history of Gozo and Malta.

Mgarr Harbour is 15mins away by car, home to the ferry terminal, with frequent ferries for the 25 min crossing to Cirkewwa Ferry Terminal on Malta with accessible public transport and highway connections to the international airport. The typical Mediterranean climate of Malta is sunny climate with a daily average of five to six hours of sunshine in midwinter and 12 hours in summer. The Summers are hot, dry, and very sunny. The remarkably mild winters with piercing blue skies make it ideal for long rambles in the lush and verdant countryside.
