Awarded “The Best Resort Project of the Year” by the Puerto Rico Home Builders Association, PeñaMar is unique for its Mediterranean design and luxury resort-style living. Peña Mar Ocean Club was named one of the “most spectacular residential Caribbean resort complexes” in the eastern part of Puerto Rico by Caribbean magazine.
This 1600 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, fully equipped apartment sleeps 8 comfortably. All rooms have A/C, full-size closets, and smart TVs. The kitchen has marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, while the spacious balcony overlooks Culebra Island and the catamarans docked at Villa Marina. Condo includes washer/dryer, free WiFi, 24-hour security, 3 pools, children's pool with a slide, tennis court, basketball court, jacuzzi, walking track, gym, playground, clubhouse, and 2 free parking spots. Property has an independent generator which can power the entire complex.

Great condo - Beautiful beaches!

The condo is very clean and spacious. It overlooks a marina with some fabulous boats. We enjoyed time on the balcony just soaking in the view. The three pools were a hit with our 7 year old grandson!It's a short drive to Seven Seas Beach. Parking was easy and only 5. Bathrooms there were clean. Lots of shade close to the water. Beach drinks were good - we didn't try the food. Highly recommend the snorkeling tour at Seven Seas Nature Reserve. The drive to El Yunque was well worth it and San Juan was a good day trip. From the condo you can walk to El Cayo, just across the street. There are no sidewalks and the street is busy so we drove to other nearby restaurants. Lots of great choices with good seafood, nice views and reasonable prices. We stocked up at Walmart for daily needs but it's not a full service grocery. There are better options nearby. All in all, a great introduction to Puerto Rico for our family!

winter break

Clean condo, lots of space, great location. Kids loved that the location had three pools to choose from so they went to a different pool each day. We loved that we were close to snorkeling (simpatico charters), ziplining, horse back riding (caribali), hiking in the rainforest and hanging at the beach at Balneario Loquillo. The kitchen in the condo was great for cooking for the family.

We were six family members staying in Fajardo for a couple of day. The Pena Mar Ocean Club is a nice, clean, well kept facility. It is guarded and gated, we felt very secure. The apartment did not disappoint, everything was as described in the booking. It has a harbor view, easy access, close parking. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Property

The property was more than adequate for our needs. There were several pools on the property, a gym and walking paths. The location seemed very central for all the actives we did. The property was clean, safe, and beautiful. The only thing that was a little unclear were the instructions for checking out and instructions for the condo. Also, we had a bit of a fright when the security guard told us she had checked someone else into our property on the last night we were staying. Fortunately, it was actually another condo by the same owner. None of this changes our opinions of the lovely property. We would certainly consider this for any future travels to Puerto Rico.

Good price for family vacation

Eliot was wonderful to work with. Very quick to respond and helpful. The unit is close to the main road and noisy with traffic so we were not able to sit out on the balcony and the traffic was loud at night. We bought a few items for the kitchen (a cooking pan and child friendly non-breakable cups). Kids loved all the pool options.

I highly recommend this place! It was very clean. The vie from the balcony is beautiful to wake up to. Conveniently located near beaches and a short drive from San Juan. I have already recommended this to friends and ill definitely be staying here on my next trip to PR!

This home was very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and it had a spectacular view from the cozy balcony of the marina. Google maps helped us arrive without a glitch.
