Casa Eunice is a unique luxury villa in every way. It is a lagoon front property with its own private dock and an amazing pool. This gorgeous property has a very relaxing vibe and atmosphere offering great amenities for guests to enjoy. It is a one level modern residence completely remodeled and located only 10min from the (SJU)airport & Isla Verde beach. The villa has an open plan design with living, dining, kitchen, family room & entertainment area with a professional Brunswick pool table.

These areas are all surrounded by a glass wall providing a direct view of the water and private pool area. There are four bedrooms uniquely designed for your comfort with ultra plush Hi-end bedding for a great resting sleep. One master bedroom with a queen bedroom set has a Sony TV and its own private bathroom with an open shower and a Samsung TV as well. The second master has a king size bedroom set, a beautiful garden view and an access to the pool. The two other bedrooms are queen size also with a private access door to the pool. One of these queen bedrooms has a TV. All three bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a new GE full-size refrigerator, wine refrigerator, espresso machine, coffee machine, and a Cuban Cafetera with a variety of local coffee selections for guests to try. It has All- Clad pots & pans and all your needs covered to prepare gourmet meals. Stocked with fresh fruit, drinks and basic foods for your enjoyment. There is also an outdoor terrace adjacent to the kitchen with a seating area from which you can watch the sunset and listen to the nearby birds while sipping your morning coffee directly facing the lagoon.

This 3,000 plus square feet property is located within the exclusive gated community of Vistamar Marina Oeste with 24 hour security is the only gated community with a private dock in the metropolitan area. It is located 10 minutes from the airport, beaches and restaurants in Isla Verde.

A center console boat is available for an hourly fee with a United States Coast Guard Certified Captain. You can have a tour of the lagoon and/or Isla Verde Beach. If you like fishing the San Josè Lagoon is considered as one of the best in the world for Tarpon fishing and Snook. In the coast, you can fish for Snapper, grouper and kingfish among many other types of fish. Also, deep sea fishing for Marlin, Mahi-Mahi and Wahoo is available. A charter boat with a certified captain can be arranged upon request to pick you up and bring you back to the Villa to later enjoy feasting on your catch by the pool.

Guests have access to the entire property. Swimming in the lagoon is at your own risk.

The Villa displays an extensive art collection of renown artists. There is a grand sculpture by Linda Sánchez Pintor displayed in the front yard of the house titled “Destruction Reflects” and five additional fantastic steel sculptures displayed in the interior space by the same artist. The elegant yet comfortable interiors were designed by Interior Designer María Sabat with the intent to provide a soothing zen atmosphere in some areas, vibrant and inviting in the open areas. In addition to the four bedrooms, there are two sofa beds and two cots in the open living space. This additional seating area is one step down from the rest of the villa. The entertainment area has a 70”screen LG 4K LED TV with swivel arm and surround sound. The Master bedroom has a 40” screen Sony LED TV with surround sound. The Master bathroom has a 23” screen Samsung LED TV with swivel arm. One Queen bedroom has a 40”screen Toshiba.

The Property Construction is poured concrete and cement blocks. All interior floors are in marble except for the master bathroom. There are A/C Inverter units in every bedroom and living area.

Complimentary towels, pool towels, hair dryer and all bathroom essentials are included.

There is a house cleaning fee of $295 that includes a thorough cleaning before check in and after check. Also, there is an additional guest fee of $50 per night per guest for every guest after the eighth guest.

THE PROPERTY IS FULLY PREPARED FOR EMERGENCIES. It is equipped with a BRAND NEW TWENTY (20) KILOWATTS DIESEL GENERATOR and a SIX HUNDRED (600) GALLON WATER TANK WITH A HIGH PRESSURE SILENT PUMP.

IMPORTANT: Since this villa is located in front of a lagoon, it is natural for tiny mosquitoes to come out at sunrise and sunset. We advise you stay indoors or wear bug spray and keep doors closed during this time if this bothers you. We are not responsible for bug bites if you don't follow these suggestions. A VEHICLE is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to move around. Also, Uber is available for airport arrivals and departures at gates A & B. In addition, Uber provides service throughout the whole island and is more affordable than private taxis.
