Villa Camelia

  • Una casa de dos plantas, relajante y muy cómoda, a solo dos minutos de unas playas preciosas. Es un tesoro escondido, un poco apartada de la carretera principal y enclavada en el ambiente típico de la zona.

    La segunda planta es la zona principal de la casa, donde hay tres dormitorios con capacidad para seis personas, un baño, una cocina totalmente equipada y un salón. Hay aire acondicionado en toda la casa. Además, hay un balcón donde puedes sentarte con tu bebida favorita para disfrutar de unas preciosas vistas panorámicas de las palmeras, la playa, el faro e incluso algo de ambiente y música locales.

    La primera planta es una terraza al aire libre llena de hamacas relajantes, un segundo baño totalmente equipado y un lavadero. También hay una ducha exterior donde puedes darte un chapuzón después de un día divertido en la playa.

    Con una valla de privacidad y puertas que rodean la propiedad, hay espacio para varias plazas de aparcamiento y un gran patio trasero abierto, perfecto para reuniones familiares, como fiestas o encuentros. Esta zona abierta cuenta con una hoguera, un columpio y muchos juegos para que disfrute toda la familia.

    Te espera una preciosa playa a solo un corto paseo de la casa. Esta playa se encuentra en una bahía protegida por un arrecife, lo que hace que las olas sean suaves, ideales para flotar y nadar tranquilamente. También puedes dar largos paseos por la orilla para explorar los hermosos alrededores naturales. Además, en la zona hay un montón de restaurantes a los que puedes ir andando, así como algunas empresas de alquiler que ofrecen divertidas actividades en la playa, como kayak, catamarán, pesca y excursiones a la bahía bioluminiscente.

We loved our stay here. Easy walk down to the beach, and the kayaks made our stay so much more fun. Host had everything needed for a great day at the beach (chairs, cooler, and a wagon to carry everything). The property is fantastic. I traveled with my three teens and we all had plenty of space to spread out. Fantastic value!

The house is lovely. It is an easy walk down to the beach, and there are plenty of chairs and beach gear for your needs. The house was very clean when we arrived, and the kitchen had just the right amount of pots and pans to make breakfast or a small dinner. There is a restaurant close by that has amazing food, too, if you don’t feel like cooking. This is our second time staying at the house for Spring Break, and I love it so much that I plan on coming back again.

Lovely stay. We enjoyed the very short walk to the beach, several restaurants within walking distance, and hiking at the nature reserve and to beaches. We put the kayaks and lifejackets in our minivan rental and went to the bioluminescent Laguna grande. Washer and dryer was great to have though would caution to only fill washer half full.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home with a short 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Spent so much time by the hammocks enjoying the breeze. Neighbor’s was extremely friendly and enjoyed everything about our experience at the location.

Amazing Location!!!

This Rental is Amazing in an Amazing Location. Closed to Beautiful Beaches, Restaurants and Fun Activities. Seven Seas Beach and Playa Escondida within walking Distance. The House and Yard are Amazing but also mention the Host’s attention to details made the Stay even better. We loved our Stay!!! Bring your Family, you guys will love it too!!!

This was a best family vacation ever. The house was clean, adorable, and had everything we needed. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk! If you walk 20 minutes up the shore and along dirt paths in either direction, you get to stunning remote empty beaches. We like nature with no bells or whistles and that's exactly what we got! It also had a very local vibe rather than touristy which we loved. You will need a car to get to the grocery store but the driving is easy. Our hosts answered us promptly and with very helpful information. I see in other reviews that people mentioned the house is in a trailer park and it IS surrounded by campers but they were cute! The neighborhood was charming and we felt very safe. We can't wait to go back.

Nice house. Not directly on the beach and the surrounding area isn’t the most pleasant I could only hear a generator running constantly instead of the ocean… but a clean, nice house.

Beach Retreat

Fenced in property that has all the amenities including beach gear and a cart for easy transportation. The host is gracious and responsive. We have nothing bad to say had a great time and would love to visit again.

Vacation

Great stay at Villa Camelia. The location was great; It's a 2 minute walk to the great beach for swimming and snorkeling, several good spots to eat within a couple minutes drive and two good grocery stores within 5-10 minute drive. The property itself was safe, secure, clean. AC was cold, everything worked as described. We had an awesome stay and great interactions with the host.

Property was a little difficult to find but helpful hosts guided us. Large grassy area and easy parking. Kitchen had essentials/staples for cooking as a nice surprise. Easy access to beach. Roomy interior and space for relaxing outside

Loved this house! Everything we needed was there. The owners were responsive with questions and even sent us names of places to. Easy check in. Close enough to walk to the beach and several restaurants. There were fruit trees in the yard! Fajardo is a great town to visit!

We loved our stay at Villa Camelia. The house was spacious and my kids loved using the hammocks at night and playing games on the first level. They provided a ton of beach equipment, coolers, beach wagon (although by this leg of our trip we just parked at seven seas for 5 instead of walking over.) The water was so calm at Seven Seas and my kids could snorkel and enjoy the beach without the red flags that many of the beaches experienced during our stay. There are restrooms, etc. available at this beach which was a pleasant surprise. We would definitely stay again. There are weekend campers around the property which seemed empty until Friday night. It’s a nice quiet area and yes the restaurant Costa Mia has a generator running but from the main level the house obstructs most of that sound in my opinion. It was a great location for this part of PR! Thank you

Wonderful House

We had a great time in this house! It was clean, well stocked and adorable. It was plenty of room for our family of five. We were a little concerned when pulling into the neighborhood of campers and trailers, but the house was beautiful and secure! We spent time at the beach in Fajardo but also went to Luquillo Beach which was larger and gorgeous as well. We visited the local restaurants and had great experiences! We can’t wait visit again!

Family vacation

Villa Camelia is the perfect place for a family vacation. It has a beautiful beach just a few steps from the house. It also has everything you need to cook and have a good time. Near the house you have restaurants, gas stations, supermarkets, etc. so don’t think it twice to make your reservation! Also, Tere is an amazing host! We’ll be back!

Spring Break with family

We had a wonderful time staying at Villa Camelia. The beach was walking distance, and there are some fantastic trails on the nature reserve. The house was very clean, and there were all the amenities you needed for the beach: chairs, coolers, snorkeling masks, and kayaks. Also, it’s a great location. We were able to go to the grocery store and pick up things we needed, but there is a restaurant that is walking distance, too. We did day trips to El Yunque and San Juan while staying for the week (we rented a car). I definitely would plan to stay at Villa Camelia next time I plan a trip to Puerto Rico in the Fajardo area.

beautiful home just a block from the beach

house and grounds are very pretty and inviting, with all the amenities we could have asked for (including kayaks, hammocks, lawnchairs, and a huge tub of snorkel gear and beach toys), several beautiful beaches within a few blocks' walk, and some truly excellent restaurants just down the street (both Kalizo and La Estacion were wonderful). hosts communicated promptly and were able to resolve an unexpected and minor mechanical issue with minimal inconvenience. overall a great place to stay. highly recommend.
