The Space:
Victoria Marine's View is a sleek modern apartment in the best location on Puerto Rico’s East Coast. It offers the epitome of coastal living in Peña Mar Ocean Club in Fajardo. With three comfortable bedrooms this residence is ideal for those seeking a blend of modern living with the vibrant spirit of a tropical paradise.

The unit has a spectacular balcony with ocean views of neighboring Palomino and Icaco islands. Victoria Marine’s View is a 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom apartment that accommodates up to 8 guests. From Victoria Marine's View, you can cross the street to boat charters and tours, take a 5-minute drive to the beautiful Seven Seas beach, or drive 15 minutes to El Yunque National rainforest. Facilities include 3 pools, tennis courts, a half-basketball court, and a gym.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: THE PEÑA MAR OCEAN CLUB ADMINISTRATION IS STRICT ABOUT THE NUMBER OF GUESTS ALLOWED IN EACH PROPERTY. AS SEEN IN THE LISTING, THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 8 GUESTS AND THE ADMINISTRATION COUNTS ADULTS, CHILDREN AND INFANTS ALL THE SAME. IF THIS NUMBER IS EXCEEDED UPON REGISTRATION OR ARRIVAL, WE WILL BE FINED $100.00 PER ADDITIONAL GUEST, WHICH YOU WILL NEED TO TAKE CARE OF. PLEASE DO NOT EXCEED THIS AMOUNT AND IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS PLEASE REACH OUT TO US BEFORE BOOKING.

IMPORTANT OCCUPANCY NOTE: Although the listing sleeps a maximum of 8 guests, keep in mind that 4 of the beds are twin beds in bunk beds. This is a fantastic set up for 4 adults and 4 children. If there are more than 4 adults in your group you are welcomed to stay but please note the sleeping arrangement.

LIVING AREAS

Enter the apartment, and you are greeted by an open layout that seamlessly connects the dining room, living room, balcony, and kitchen. The living room has a smart flat-screen TV, a comfortable L-shaped sofa and a dining table that sits 4. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for an extended stay and has 3 counter stools to accommodate additional guests.

Victoria Marine's View's balcony makes this property special as it offers beautiful ocean views and overlooks the marina, where most East Coast charters and ocean tours operate from. It is furnished with a comfortable sofa and it brings the al fresco ambiance to the apartment.

The living room does not have air conditioning; only the ceiling fan see in the pictures.

BEDROOMS

The master bedroom has one queen-size bed with a dedicated bathroom, full closet with mirror doors, and TV. The bathroom has a double sink and granite countertops. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a full closet with mirror doors. The 3rd bedroom has two bunk beds for a total of 4 twin beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning, black-out curtains, and top-quality linens and pillows for a great night's sleep.

PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY):

We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.

KITCHEN

Victoria Marine's View has a spacious and fully stocked kitchen. You will love the granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a countertop with 3 stools for entertaining while you cook and has direct access to the terrace. The kitchen opens to the living and dining room, so the cook is always part of the larger group. You'll also find a small closet with the washer and dryer you'd be able to use during your stay.

GETTING AROUND

Renting a car is a must when staying in Fajardo. There are many activities within 10 minutes of driving distance and the roads are easy to navigate. The property has parking for up to 2 vehicles.

LOCATION

Victoria Marine's View is located in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. It features a breathtaking infinity pool with views of the Caribbean Sea and "El Yunque" Rainforest. You will be a drive away from beautiful beaches, national parks, natural reserves, and lots of local restaurants. There are many things to do in the surrounding areas; here are some of our favorites:

Enjoy, soak, and unwind in the communal pools.

Chill at the beach! Seven Seas, Playa Azul, and Luquillo Beach are our favorite beaches in the northeastern coast and are a must-do if you are staying at Victoria Marine's View. The villa has beach chairs, towels, and coolers for a long day at the beach.

Lunch or dinner at "Los Kioskos de Luquillo". There are over 25 restaurants in the Caribbean beachfront restaurant strip. One of our favorites is “La Parrilla”.

Explore the "El Yunque" Rainforest and National Park at Río Grande, Puerto Rico. El Yunque is an easy 15 minutes drive from the property and is the only rainforest under US Flagship.

Experience the glowing waters at the bioluminescent bay of Fajardo during an evening kayak tour.

Go on a horseback ride or ATV/UTV ride off the beaten path in Carabalí Rainforest Adventure Park at Luquillo, Puerto Rico.

Spend a day in Old San Juan. Fajardo is only a 1-hour drive away from the capital/historic city. There's a lot of history to see and great food and drinks to enjoy.


TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, especially during the peak months of Hurricane Season, which are July to October. Travel insurance is inexpensive and will reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, this will depend on what the coverage purchased covers. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase. Disclaimer: we are not associated with any travel insurance companies.

AMENITIES

West Indies strives to deliver top-notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler.
West Indies provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 3 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

HOUSE RULES:

Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
Check-out time is at 11:00 am
NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated and you will be expelled from the property.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please keep noise levels down during these hours out of respect to the neighbors.
The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.
All bookings are contingent on signing a short term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first.
Maximum occupancy of 8 adults/children at all times. This includes visitors.
Max. occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.
Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.
Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.
Subletting not allowed

This condo was just as described and pictured. It worked perfectly for us, 2 adult couples. The light switches were a little tricky, but we got it figured out. A couple led lights were burnt out, we let them know and they had a handyman come and replace them that same day.Just as a reminder for all renters everywhere…please leave the washing machine door open after use to air it out so the moisture doesn’t get trapped in there and cause mold to grow. We had to clean the washer before use. The beds were very comfortable! I know everyone likes a different kind of firmness, but these mattresses were perfect! The best sleep I’ve had and I didn’t wake up with any backaches.The hot water in the hallway bathroom shower wasn’t very hot. But we figured out if you run the hot water at the sink, then the hot water stayed warmer in the shower. It’s personal preference but felt good on a sunburn. Otherwise the other shower worked fine. We would still stay here again. It was a great place for us, great location, the pool was refreshing, great views! We look forward to visiting Puerto Rico again!
