Own and manage by owners. The villa is located within El Conquistador, but there is no access to the hotel facilities. However, we have two infinity pools within Las Casitas and a bar with impressive views. Our cleaning and maintenance team is highly reliable. Feel free to ask any questions.

Guests of Las Casitas Village enjoy exclusive access to two private pools, a relaxing Jacuzzi, and a delightful Spanish tapas restaurant. NOTE: There is NO access to the Hotel.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Check-in time is at 4P local time. Checkout time is at 11 AM local time. We want to provide a delightful experience to our incoming guests, so we need your help vacating your unit on time. Please be advised any unauthorized checkout past 11 AM will have an additional cost.
