  • Welcome to La Chiocciola Apt 3 — a stunning 3-bedroom apartment in a beautifully preserved 1940s colonial building in the heart of Ocean Park, one of San Juan's most sought-after addresses.
    The original 1940s colonial tiles set the tone the moment you walk in — a nod to San Juan's rich architectural heritage. The fully refreshed kitchen and brand-new bathrooms ensure every modern comfort is at your fingertips. Each bedroom features a queen bed and air conditioning, and the living room includes a flat-screen TV and a queen sofa bed — comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.
    Step outside onto your private terrace and fire up the BBQ — the perfect setting for an evening under the Puerto Rican sky, with the warm breeze and the sound of the city all around you. One parking spot is available on-site (shared, first-come basis).

First time

Overall, this is a good place to stay near the beach in the San Juan area. We really liked the outdoor patio and easy access to parking. Finally, the location is near to most amenities you could use. It is a adult friendly location.

Excellent location , clean and comfy

Really a perfect location for our group. We rented a vehicle and parking was available in front of the unit. We were able to walk to the Beach ( Ocean Park) and caught some great sunrises ! Great restaurants close by, Bebos cafe , Panuchos was really good , close to the Grocery store where we also purchased liquor for our stay! Cristian was a great host , and we would stay here again!

Clean, but old

The people of Puerto Rico are fantastic. The places we toured were awesome. The accommodations did exacctly match the photos..the place was worn, dated, BUT very clean.. the host kept us well informed and replied to my message immediately. We will be back to PR, but will opt for a hotel.snlive up to the pictures. The place is wirn, datedtoured
