★ Condado is a special place in the capital of San Juan that has best gastronomical, near by active nightlife in all our listings surroundings noise as well and blue beaches minutes away.

★ We love our neighborhood and respect them as well, so its very important that music systems are not allowed at the property. They have smart tv and you can play music from them, if you need any request of services request to Host, they will provide and guide you in any way to have a unique experience. Any external services are prohibited. There is a fine of $900 per day if any terms or house rules agreement are breached. We have a very strict smoking policy, please refrain from smoking inside our property.

Didn't hate it, won't return

We were traveling around PR, and finishing our trip up in San Juan. We only needed 2 nights for a large group and this location was great, pictures were minimal, but looked welcoming and fresh. So here is our input on our stay: Pros: -location. It was right off the main drag. Near the beach, casino, restaurants, shops. So close to old San Juan, on the lagoon. Near night life... that it 100% delivered -secured building. It definitely felt safe there but the secure building door was an extra precaution I did appreciate -on site parking was extra but def a perk. They accommodated all 3 of our cars for us. -responsive and kind. During the day, down under the building an attendant is working. They always said hello, we're kind, and when I told someone about the curtain she was responsive. -space. It truly is a huge space. 2 seperate apartments that don't connect but only ones on that floor. We did find ourselves all using the one bathroom on the 4 bedroom side Cons: -cat fish. The few pictures listed, are of that place, but the furniture is different, and very run down. The pictures fail to show huge flaws in the rooms like for an example, in the one room, with the bathroom in it, there is an air conditioning unit in the shower. And really unsightly globs of spray foam filling the gaps. One kitchen had a hose running from the sink across a couple feet of the room, and out a hole in the wall. -dirty. Floors gross upon arrival. Bathrooms dingy. It got us threw.

Great Place

The VRBO was very good. It is close to the beach and other shopping areas. We were not aware that the facility was two (2) apartments on the 3rd floor. It probably wouldn't have changed our opinion about staying, but it would have been nice to know. Also, the island had a power outage and the facility ran out of diesel for their generator; because of the high expectation of power outages that should have been on-hand. The shower heads need to be changed because the water pressure was low. Finally, they need someone who speaks English available at all times. Overall it was a good experience and we would stay again.
