WE ARE LOCATED RIGHT ON ISLA VERDE BEACH. THE BEST BEACH IN THE SAN JUAN AREA WHERE YOU CAN RENT JET SKIS, PARASAILING, BANANA BOATS ETC.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. A FEE OF $200 WILL BE CHARGED TO REMOVE ODOR. THIS IS A PRIVATE RENTAL WITH A RESERVED PARKING SPACE IN A HOTEL SETTING
THIS STUDIO IS RENTED TO TWO PERSONS ONLY.

NO PETS ALLOWED. EXTRA CHARGE OF $225 FOR DOGS OR ANY ANIMAL TO PROPERLY CLEAN THE AREA.

CHECK-IN IS AT 3 OR 4 PM DUE TO CLEANING REGULATIONS FOR ROOMS. WHEN THE ROOM IS READY I WILL TEXT YOU. USUALLY, IT IS EARLIER THAN 3PM

Remodeled studio with two Queen beds for two persons ONLY who might wish to sleep separately. Equipped kitchen, high-speed Internet, cable TV, large balcony, AC, and a Reserved Parking Space in the underground garage. Located on the beach at the ESJ Towers just 5 minutes from the International Airport and next door to the resort hotels the Royal Sonesta San Juan Hotel and the Fairmont Hotel San Juan. We provide linen and towels. Please note that there is no daily room service during your rental as this is a Private Owner's rental.

Within a short walk to Chili's, Pizza Hut, Church's Chicken, Burger King, Subway, Cold Stone Creamery, Taco Bell, Wendy's, CVS, Pueblo Supermarket open 24 hrs., El Metropol and Mi Casita Restaurant serving favorite Puerto Rican delights. Great for a romantic vacation in tropical, sunny Puerto Rico. Comfortable for two persons ONLY who might wish to sleep in separate beds. Non-smoking persons only, no pets. Spectacular beachfront view - the best on the Island! The condo is located right on the beach where you can rent water sports such as ski jets, and parasailing.

The room was clean and the balcony is amazing! I would have given an excellent rating, but there was water rationing and the bed was too soft for people with bad backs. I’m sure Isabel will provide more information on the water situation in her reply. The location is ideal, there are plenty of places to eat and the beach is OK. There was a lot of seaweed on the beach and in the water due to high surf, but it was clearer just a short walk down the beach. We were there for seven days and there was one washcloth per person provided, if you need more, Walgreens has a six pack available.

The beds were awful very uncomfortable lots of springs mold on the bedspreads smelly stuff in the cabinet in the bathroom. I have bedbug bites all over my body from my last night there. I left early. I want a refund for the entire stay. I posted the pictures on Facebook. I found a room in a Hilton for 500 for my last night. This was miserable.

Overall this place met our families needs. The building is clean, the staff is amazing!!! Easy access to the beach. The room was clean and the view on the balcony spectacular! We honestly were up and out everyday by 7 am and only returning to shower and sleep. There is a convenience store/ liquor and food close by. A casino next door that you can go to. Laundry on site.Too bad the pool wasn’t fixed because that has Amazing potential. Highly recommend

great location

i’ll start with the pros the location was perfect the photos were just like the online listing communication with Isabel was great I felt safe it was my daughter and I and our first trip to Puerto Rico the one con was the lack of towels I paid for six nights in five days and when we checked in late Saturday night I found four body towels two washcloths two face towels and one bath mat for two people equaling two body towels each and one face towel and one washcloth for the entire day when I messaged Isabel the next day regarding more towels her reply was basically this is a private property not a hotel there’s no daily made service which I was aware of however expecting a decent amount of towels when you’re staying at the beach is not something I ever expected to ask for then she proceeded to tell me that I was welcome to check out and check into a hotel and she would refund me after telling her I would not check out based on having been unpacked she then had her maid bring me two extra body towels and one bath Matt leaving me and my daughter still one face towel and one washcloth for our entire trip I even offered to pay for more towels when you’re at the beach sometimes you shower more than once towels are literally the cheapest thing that you can get other than the whole situation and having to literally lay my towels out in the sun to get them to dry the experience was great I have no problem washing towels but I should at least have enough to make a full load

The room had musty smell throughout our stay. There were not enough towels for 7 day stay. Only three towels left. Although owner indicated that the pool was not available due to current renovations, the view from the pool appeared that it has not been in any renovations nor remotely worked on for many years.

Perfect little spot

Isabel was a fantastic host. She was easy to communicate with and she keeps a great place. The location is unbeatable. Great view of Isla Verde beach with easy access down to the sand and water, the coffee shop, bar and laundry areas on the property are great, and the building is in the perfect area right near plenty of restaurants and shops. Would absolutely stay here again!

had a good time but can not control everything

WE stood in our condo for 5 days but we had a power out dish that we could not control for a day and a half. The beach was great and the traveling to the other communities was easy. Food everywhere was good. We just keep going back every two years .

Excellent Visit

Puerto Rico is an annual winter trip for me. Of the many locations where I can stay Isla Verde is the most convenient for me. My needs are small so I look for value and the San Juan Towers fits the bill. Taxis and Ubers are readily available. Since I rent a vehicle to travel the island, included parking is important. The building is clean and secured. Food shopping is a short walk. Restaurants are easy to get to. I would definitely return again.

Thanks for an easy stay

Had a great time. Like many places in the area there is a lot of humidity. Property was clean. Very lean as advertised. Easy access to uber and delivery services.

Wonderful

This was my second time staying at Isabel’s place, and I once again had a wonderful stay. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful and simply unbeatable. The condo has everything you might need for a very comfortable stay. The location is excellent - the building is right on the beach and there are many restaurants and a big grocery store a short 5-10mins walk away. The condo is not newly renovated, but if you don’t need a 5-star luxury stay, this is the place to be! Thank you Isabel!
