Except during holiday periods, if we have 3 or 4 nights hanging or left from a week or a month we might consider renting 3 or 4 nights.
As a reminder, Smoking in the apartment and the building is forbidden. If you choose to smoke there will be a deep cleaning fee assessed to the renter to remove the odor.
