Casa de Millio is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in Fajardo dedicated to my Father and his heritage and culture. Condo is decorated with beautiful canvases and pictures from all over the island taken by him. 5 min walk to marinas and 5 min drive to 7seas beach and bio-bay excursions. Close to ferry transport to Culebra and Vieques. 20 min drive to El Yunque National rainforest. Property has swimming pool, Jaccuzzi, tennis and basketball courts. There is a Washer/Dryer. Long term rentals welcome and will offer discounts

Nice property in quiet neighborhood
Property: Home was nice and everything was as described. Lots of space for a family of 4 and we all Enjoyed our stay there. We were not looking for something close to lots of nightlife or in a loud busy resort so this was perfect for us. We did not try the pool or walk around the grounds at all so don’t have any review of those areas. Neighborhood: Food in the area was ok but lots of great options within 10-20 minutes drive from property. Definitely need to rent a car to do anything from this location. In a Super quiet and gated complex so it felt safe.

Very nice place! Stayed for 7 days with my friend and their kids. Rental was clean and as described. Location was right on the marina, not ideal for swimming. Overall, it was as described and a quick drive to beaches and dining. Be aware the power and water go out occasionally. That happened twice while we were there. It wasn’t for very long, but we had to use our phones for light as there were no backup lanterns or candles in the unit. The complex does have a backup generator, it takes a while to turn on. Previously mentioned dryer issues still persist. We dryed our clothes outside in front of the main AC and it worked faster than the dryer. We would not recommend dining at El Cayo or Rest. Pasion. The smell from the marina is very strong. Sal and Pimienta was amazing. Be careful when ordering, some of the portions were enough for 2 people. Overall, was a clean, safe, comfortable stay. You will need a car to get around. There isn’t much close by that is walking distance. Steve was readily available for all questions and concerns. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Playa Azul is amazing beach with waves. El Yunque was absolutely breathtaking. We drove to Poncé one day and the views of the mountains rival Hawaii. If you plan to visit San Juan, go early. Parking is scarce. We loved the island and will be back for more 😁

Immaculate property
The condo is just as described. Its in a gated community easy to find.Perfect location close to everything we wanted to do. Steve, owner/host, was wonderful and great communication with him. Place was comfortable for family of 6. Host provided everything that we needed. If I had anything to complain it was dryer that takes a little long to dry clothes, 4-5 clothing items and I had to keep drying for another cycle. Besides that I'd definitely stay at this property again.

Good for budget
This should be a 4 star rating. The host was great, the place was as described, and it met our needs. It did show some wear and tear, but that’s typical of a rental. Unfortunately, there is a small yappy dog that lives downstairs and spends a lot of time on the outside patio. It had us up multiple nights, sometimes barking on and off for over an hour. My husband went downstairs after midnight to ask them to take it inside and the owner yelled something snippy to him in Spanish. They wouldn’t even answer the front door- he had to bang on the sliding glass in the front. The host is aware of it and has made calls to management; however; it doesn’t appear that the property association does anything about it. Again, I feel terrible giving a 2 star review of this place but I would want to know as a potential customer.

Fajardo Condo Dreams
Spring Break Getaway was a blast!! The condo was just right for our family & friend that travelled together. 3 bedrooms, all with their own AC within them, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen, what more do you need. The place was very clean and they AC unit in the living room kept the living room, dining area and kitchen plenty cool for the rare occasions we all sat and watch TV or cooked and ate a meal. Although the dryer didn't work, should be fixed by the next time it's rented, and we're guessing the guest before us took the iron, weird, we had everything else we needed for our stay. The condo is upstairs and the neighbors were very friendly and welcoming when we met them coming in or out of the condo. There is a pool on site but we were gone almost everyday to a different beach we never used it. Security was great, gated area with security at the front gate checking on people who didn't have a code or gate opener. So overall the condo itself was great, but let's talk about location. We had two excursions planned while we stayed, a catamaran cruise with Salty Dog and a ferry ride to Culebra. LOCATION was perfect for both. Salty Dog tours was literally a 3 min drive and the ferry was a 20 min drive away. 20 min is a WHOLE lot better than an hour and a half drive all the way back to San Juan. There was a bar, Torito Bar & Grill, down the road, like a 5 min drive, that had great drinks, good food and cold beer!! Supermarket Pueblo had everything we needed for food, drinks and any forgotten items like hygiene, you may have left behind. Short drive to Seven Seas beach and a very BEAUTIFUL Playa Escondida, trust me it's worth the 50 min walk thru the mangrove. Overall the place was great.

Be careful
My stay started good except for the rice weevils everywhere in the kitchen ants and roaches i have stayed in pr before but this made our trip not so enjoyable not being able to buy food for the house cause of all the bugs and what we did buy had to go in the fridge. Wifi is non existing there is an awful smell when you open the kitchen cabinets of like mold or something. Rooms etc were as pictured condo pool etc was good too. Something in the room with bunk beds kept biting my kids they all had small itchy bites every morning. Aslo there is a no smoking policy in the house but you could smoke on the balcony were the host had ashtrays etc when we arrived then he accused us of smoking in the house which we never did. So if your prescribe cannabis I'd advise you not to book here! Over all Steve as a host answered any question i had in a prompt manner. And you have nothing in walking distance besides a bar so you must rent a car!!!!!
