The apartment is comfortable and is designed to meet your vacation needs. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms include a queen bed. The third bedroom has been prepared as a family room with a TV and a sofa bed for 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and has the convenience of a washing machine and dryer. The apartment includes complimentary WiFi and air-conditioners on each bedroom.
This is a private 24/7 secured community where you can enjoy a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. It is family and friends oriented.
The perfect place, if you want a nice quiet spot but the convenience of many close attractions.

Great little getaway

Great place in the Northeast corner of the island, very convenient to Luquillo and El Yunque. Property has a nice little pool for cooling off. Everything was neat and clean and worked as expected. Property was quiet with minimal noise from neighboring humans, birds not so much ;) It also felt very safe with security at the entrance to the community and then a gated patio. Leyda was responsive and easy to communicate with and answered when I called at check-in to help me through getting into the gate. There are beach chairs and towels provided if you decide to visit Luquillo. Oh we even got a free fireworks show courtesy of the Wyndham resort next door. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Bad maintenance

My Check in was very good everything was as directed. Property does not have a great view if you’re staying at the Olas building all you see is another building in front of yours. No ocean view from there. The condo looked great just a little outdated. The problems started as we started getting settled in, so I always check bedding as soon as I arrive to a hotel just in case and I’m glad I did for this trip. The bedding was dirty on all the beds they never washed the sheets you could tell because there was dirt and hairs inside the sheets so I had to take all bedsheets off from beds and wash them myself, thank God my unit had washer and dryer. Then my son’s bed frame was broken so we had to fix that with pillows and level it off as best we could. Our master bathroom sink wasn’t clogged and had a terrible leak underneath and I didn’t find this out until the second day I used it because it smelled like mold in there, also one of the toilets was clogged too in the master bathroom. The tubs were also dirty and so we washed the tubs and sanitized them before use. Needless to say that the master bathroom was not used much and I mainly got stuck using my kids bathroom for most of our stay. The kitchen wasn’t bad they have it equipped with soap, dishes,utensils and cutting boards to use but no extra garbage bags or toilet paper or napkins if you stay longer than a few days. Pool was dirty and jacuzzi did not work either. Front gate was friendly. washed and sanitized before use

Great stay!

Leyda was an amazing host! She helped us locate building which was slightly difficult in the dark. She was responsive in helping us when the entire island of Puerto Rico lost electricity. She had a flashlight available. We loved the location in Rio Grande. The apartment was clean. Quiet neighborhood. Overall a great stay!

Property was nice, clean and comfortable. Could use a full size ironing board and more washcloths to accommodate the entire family for the entire stay. For a family of 5 we had 1 washcloth per person for the entire 5 days, we had no extras, unacceptable

Mountain and Ocean Paradise

This beautiful home was clean and well kept. It is a light and airy space. From the balcony one can see the ocean in the distance and the expansive sky overhead. The bedrooms are a nice size and the beds were comfortable. During our visit in February, the pool on the property was never crowded. Not only are the beaches close by, but so are the mountains and El Yunque rain forest. This place was also in a perfect location for making a day trip to San Juan. Local restaurants provide spectacular views of the ocean. We loved this wonderful condo. Thank you, Leyda, for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Short vacation

The condo is very nice and quiet in a gated community where everyone from the security people to the workers and neighbors are very nice. It's very safe and clean in a quiet neighborhood. It's ten minutes away from the foothills of the rain forest and close to many beaches. One word of caution: you'd definitely need a car. Leyda is very kind and responsive, a super host! I was impressed how available and helpful she was. It's a great place to come back to after a long day at the beach or touring the area.

Home away from home in paradise!

All I can say is wow! This was our first trip to Puerto Rico. It was just me and my college aged son spending Thankgiving weekend together here. As far as the property itself, the pictures accurately represent the property. This house was clean, beautifully furnished, well stocked with the basics, and in a gated community with 24 hour security. Our balcony had ocean view, and we felt totally safe the neighborhood, which was beautiful.Just down the street is a convenient cute little market store and the complex is adjacent to the Wydham Grand Rio Mar Resort. The condo was larger than I expected, lots of light and great views. Definitely large enough for a small family. As far as Leyda, she was an amazing host! Very nice and helpful proactive and responsive. She communicated with us long before we even got there to let us know what to expect and how to reach her. Anytime I had questions, she responded almost immediately. We had no problems, she made it a very smooth experience. We flew into San Juan and rented a car, it's about 30 minutes from the airport. I think you probably need a car rental for this place. We explored local beaches - Luquillo and La Playa LasPicuas. We also drove to Fajardo and did a snorkeling tour of Icacos Island, which was our favorite part of the whole tip - breathtaking. There's also the ziplining and the El Yunque rainforest nearby. Great property and location, would definitely stay here again!

Nice apartment

The apartment is nicer than the pictures. Very nice beach decor. We arrived late at night and had trouble finding it because we couldn’t see the names of the buildings. In the daytime it would be no problem. Supplies in the kitchen are very basic. Leyda was very helpful and responsive immediately. The pool area is a little dated. But it was nice to have one. The shower at the pool does not work but the lower foot cleaner water worked great. The beaches are very close to drive to. Several great spots within a ten minute drive.

Spacious, Relaxing and Convenient

Leyda's condo was very spacious and comfortable for my family. We were able to completely relax and enjoy the cool breezes throughout the condo, as well as all the amenities in the condo complex. The condo complex is very secure and all residents were very respectful. Our entire week was very peaceful. The location of the condo is very convenient to all my family's shopping needs. In addition, it was so close and easy to visit Old San Juan and El Yunque. We also appreciate Leyda's communication and the care she showed us in making sure we had everything we needed from the first day we arrived. We look forward to returning to Leyda's beautiful condo.
