The house was large and comfortable for our group of 7. More attention to simple details would have made our stay much better, like: - there is a pool table but no cue ball, the felt on the table is ripped and 5 or 6 cue sticks but only 1 cue stick has any felt on the tip.- When we first entered the house I found a bucket with water and a mop sitting in the middle of the foyer.- The house was clean in the highly visible spots but not in corners behind furniture or around the sides of the stove.- There was no renters guide or list of instructions and recommendations for local dining that you usually find in a high end vacation rental.- The bed in the master bedroom was loud enough to wake my wife or I whenever we shifted sleeping position.- The dresser drawer in the master bedroom came apart the first time we tried to use it. Someone had obviously tried to repair it in the past by hammer in a couple of metal staples to hold it together. Of course the “repair” did not last.
