This apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with two full beds—a modern bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook and dine with ease. Enjoy meals in the cozy dining area or unwind in the inviting living room, complete with a sectional sofa and flat-screen TV.



Step out onto the beautiful balcony to sip your morning coffee while taking in tropical breezes and stunning views of the historic neighborhood. Fresh towels, toiletries, Wi-Fi, and all essentials are provided for a seamless stay.



You’ll be within walking distance of restaurants, bars, boutiques, and landmarks, making it easy to explore Old San Juan on foot.



This is a non-smoking, pet-free home with quiet hours after 10 PM. Please note that Puerto Rico may occasionally experience brief water or power interruptions. The lively area can come with some street noise, and tropical insects are a natural part of island life—using earplugs and keeping lights off at night can help ensure peaceful evenings.



The property uses an eco-friendly solar hot water system. Hot water may take a moment to reach the tap—please let the water run briefly and turn the handle fully.



Please note: the property is located toward the top of Old San Juan, which means there is a steep walk to and from the apartment. Please keep this in mind when planning your stay, especially if you’ll be toting luggage.
