Casa Magnolia is conveniently located 10–15 minutes from SJU Airport, Old San Juan, Condado, Isla Verde, Ocean Park Beach, Plaza Las Américas, and Distrito T-Mobile. Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping centers, and major highways are all nearby.

• One assigned parking space only; additional vehicles must park legally outside the property.
• Wi-Fi is not currently available (high-speed internet coming soon).
• Coin-operated laundry is coming soon.
• The property does not have a backup generator or water cistern. Although uncommon, water or power outages from LUMA Energy or AAA may occur without notice and are beyond our control.
