The property is perfectly located for exploring some of Puerto Rico’s most iconic destinations:
• Boat charters & kayak tours – just a 5-minute stroll away to the Kajak Village and water taxi to the Island, Palomino, and Icacos Island. Also available are private boats to the islands of Vieques and Culebra, as well as pristine beaches.
• Seven Seas Beach, 5 minutes by vehicle, 15 minutes walking distance, Playa Escondida, Playa Colora & La Zanja nature pool – a short drive.
• Las Cabezas de San Juan Nature Reserve – nearby for ecological exploration.

The villa comfortably sleeps 8 guests across 4 bedrooms:

First Level
• Bedroom 1: Queen bed with ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Two twin beds (shared use of main bathroom; half bath available in hallway).

Second Level
• Bedroom 3: Two twin beds with an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4 (Master Suite): King bed, lounge area, kitchenette, ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi, and flat-screen TV, two dining rooms and a living room, Súper huge walking closet, plus incredible view to the ocean and mountains.

All property and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and blackout curtains for maximum comfort.

• Construction Notice: From September 27, 2024, through early October 2025, there will be weekday construction (Mon–Fri, 7:00 am–3:00 pm) in the neighboring unit. Please review this before booking.

• Security: Exterior surveillance cameras are located around the property and patio.

• No Smoking: $500 fee if violated.
• No Pets: $300 fee + removal from property if violated.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests (strictly enforced, includes visitors).
• Subletting is not permitted.
• Towels/linens must be used appropriately; stained or damaged items will incur charges.

Power & Water Disclaimer: Puerto Rico may experience occasional utility interruptions. Refunds will only apply to unused nights if services are interrupted for more than 3 hours.

All bookings require signing a short-term rental agreement within 48 hours of booking.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, especially during the peak months of Hurricane Season, which are July to October.
Travel insurance is inexpensive and will reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, this will depend on what the coverage purchased covers. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase.
