Ideal for family vacations or a getaway with friends, our fully furnished condo features three bedrooms: a queen-size bed in the master, a full-size bed in the second, and two twin-size beds (bunk beds) in the third. Accommodating up to six adults comfortably, the second level reveals an expansive open terrace with panoramic views, covered seating, and patio furniture – a perfect setting for relaxing or enjoying outdoor dining.

We are strategically located, only 25 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from the St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort & Golf Course and 40 minutes from the Old San Juan. The hosts were very kind and responsive. Everything we needed was provided in the unit. We especially appreciated having a large amount of beach towels. The rooftop patio was amazing and we ate dinner on it every night we were there, and played games with the kids. We felt safe and comfortable.

We had a fantastic time! Brenda’s instructions/ descriptions were spot on. The kitchen was well-appointed (even the knives were sharp), and we cooked every day. Roof top is spectacular and great for when it rains. We are already thinking of returning next year!

Amazing week in a beautiful home

We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful condo. The pool was a short walk and the beach just beyond that. It was quiet and peaceful.We all enjoyed the rooftop deck with the hammock and beautiful breezes. Plenty of room for our family of four and a great jumping off spot to enjoy nearby activities within a 30-60 minute drive like San Juan, jet skiing, rain forest, beautiful beaches, restaurants, and more. Brenda the host was very responsive and helpful. On-site washer and dryer came in handy. Everything you'd need to cook a meal in the kitchen. Hope to visit again one day soon!

PR Vacation by the beach

The property was just as it was posted. The location was good. The upper level is so nice and relaxing the breeze is very refreshing. Steps to a gated beach with beautiful warm water. It was quiet and peaceful. The pools were clean and warm. The house was equipped with everything we needed even beach towels and chairs. The host was very quick to communicate and very nice. Nice place and location

The condo was nice and so was the location. My only complaint would be it could use some upgrades/ updates. The showers/tubs had a little rust, and so did the bidet so we didn't even bother using the bidet. Other than that, everything else was good. I would still recommend.

First time renting property instead of hotel. Great property! Nice view from upper level of ocean and mountains. Appreciate the gated community. Everything accurate as described. It was nice and relaxing pool. Not much activity at pool so almost had it to ourselves during our stay. Comfortable furniture throughout property. Great place!

This was a great area, we have stayed in the area previously. We did not use the rooftop much because it faced the parking lot. The host was very responsive. The beds are very comfortable. There were plenty of beach chairs and accessories. The beach towels could definitely be updated. We also bought ice trays because there were none in the freezer. Just an easy upgrade that we left behind for everyone to use. Loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. It is just a great area for anyone who wants to get outside of San Juan. Luquillo beach is also a half hour away and is beyond beautiful with no waves. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home!

Spring break with family of six

Very nice condo in gated community with very large rooftop patio and excellent private beach and pool area. Very quiet. Included coolers, beach chairs, and boogie boards which was very convenient for us. Short drive to rain forest, San Juan, Luquillo/Fajardo (more beaches), and airport. Lovely home centrally located

The property was clean, well appointed and close to the airport, rainforest and bioluminescent bay kayaking. The complex was wonderfully maintained, the pools were beautiful, and the beach access was perfect! Our favorite part of this house was the rooftop with covered and open areas and exquisite views of the beach and rain forest. Beds were comfy too Perhaps the only drawback (by no fault of the owners) is that the location. You really need a rental car here since there isn’t anything within walking distance.

A slice of paradise

The host thought about everything! She sent us a pretty comprehensive pamphlet ahead of the trip that included everything from things to do to places to eat. The host was incredibly responsive. The condo was exactly like the pictures she posted on the website. The condo had everything from beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, and other supplies that were incredibly helpful for our trip. The rooftop terrace was our favorite spot, it was so quiet, between the breeze and the rocking of the hammock it felt like a slice of paradise.

Family time

Rented several units in the same complex for a family vacation. Worked out well for us. The 3 pools and expansive beach kept us busy but the multiple units allowed us some down time.The units roof top deck was a great gathering spot for dinner.

Beautiful views from the penthouse

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and enjoy the views from the penthouse immensely. There is a view of the ocean and a view of the mountains. I like this location because it’s a short drive to Fajardo and Luquillo, as well as the beaches on the north side. However, you will want a car for there are no nearby restaurants.

Perfect location - roof deck made the stay!

Not fancy but exactly what we needed as a base to take day trips to El Yunque and San Juan. Best dinner and pina colada of the trip at El Parilla in Loiza. Best breakfast at Ekelukua on the way to El Yunque. And a dip in the ocean and sunset on the roof deck at the end of the day is amazing. Beach chairs and towels provided - even a frisbee and water football for playing in the waves. Perfect for our family of 5 with teenagers. Also great TV and connection so they could keep up with the NFL playoff games. Exactly what we were looking for and just as advertised. Thank you so much for our stay!

Great place right off the beach!

The place was exactly as advertised. And it worked out great for my family. The complex is a bit over 1/4-mile from the main road, which makes it very quiet. I noticed that a review mentioned that there was no access to the beach. I'm guessing they did not pay attention to their surroundings. The complex has a walk-in gate that takes you directly to the beach. From the condo it takes no more than 5 minutes to get to it. The beach may not be private, but it felt like it during this time of year (November). There were no more than a handful of folks far away from us the times we went. The pools were also great. They are super clean and very well maintained. They have some strict rules for the pools. But it shows that they do work because it was really nice and enjoyable. The condo itself is what I would call your standard Puerto Rico accommodations. I was born and raised in PR, so I felt right at home. I also noticed that other reviews complained about the fact that the living room and kitchen areas were too hot. Yes, but it was expected. The description explicitly says that they only have A/C units in the rooms. When it came down to it, that was a non-issue for us. The only drawback is that the complex doesn't seem to have a backup generator. But that wasn't a big issue as the power only went out our last night there. The outage lasted about 45 minutes. Overall, we had a great time during our week there.

Lovely stay

This apartment was just perfect. It was clean, spacious, and peaceful. The beach was walking distance and probably one of the better beaches to enjoy. I enjoyed staying here. The owner was very responsive and made the process easy. would stay here again for sure
