Beautiful 4-bedroom house with a large pool and spectacular views overlooking the ocean, the Rio Mar resort, Luquillo, and the El Yunque rainforest. Nestled between two of the island's best beach resorts and around the corner from the famous Richie's Restaurant, this house is near everything. Minutes from the rainforest, the best beaches, championship golf resorts, dozens of restaurants, and other of the best PR attractions. It is just 35 minutes from the airport and 45 minutes from Old San Juan.

Newly renovated with a large new pool and a massive terrace with 22-mile views to the east. On a clear day, you can see all the way to Culebra. Additional beautiful ocean views await you on the back patio and the front porch. If you ever tire of the views, there is an 84" TV in the living room and an additional sitting room with another large TV and games for the kids.

The house can sleep up to 10 adults or 12 total with four kids in the two full-size bunk beds. There is a cook's kitchen and the house is fully equipped for children with a travel crib, high chair, car seat, and baby gates.

This house has everything, including a fully equipped office space, laundry, and a large standby generator.

My family of 8 stayed here for a week and we enjoyed every minute we were there! Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The house was amazing and the views were breathtaking. It had everything we needed from pots and pans to spices and beach towels for the pool. It was very clean and Manny was amazing as well. We would definitely stay there again. We were sad to leave. Well worth every penny.

Having never been to PR I followed the reviews and went for it. What an absolute gem. Lovely manager Manny welcomed us to an amazing vacation in a stunning spot in Rio Grande. Location was great, restaurants within walking distance, minutes from the beach and at the center of everything PR has to offer. The house is lovely, and they think of everything to make you comfortable and cared for. We’ll be back, thank you for a wonderful week!

This property is awesome—clean, roomy, comfortable, beautiful pool and amazing views!! Amazing! Very convenient to the beach, restaurants, and various sites, especially the El Yunque rainforest. The week stay could not have been better!

House fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! From spices, to extra sunscreen, to even bags for you to take to grocery stores (stores make you purchase bags), this house has everything! Home was beautiful and Manny the property manager is prompt to respond. Right next door is a restaurant called Richie's. Very good and convenient. Although on one end of the pool is kinda facing the area by where the workers of restaurant hang out in the back, I don't feel like they could see us unless they stood up on chairs or ladders, because a fence kinda blocks it. This house was amazing, will definitely be back!

Tranquility on top of a hill

Beautiful house overlooking Loquillo Beach and the beautiful Atlantic. Views both east west and north. Great area not far from anything, even the rainforest. Great spaces in house for all of us . The house and pool ideal for the heat of Puerto Rico. We’ll be back!

This home had it all! Incredible views, close to major activities and outings, easy drive from the airport, numerous outdoor spaces, private pool, and an open floor plan including many indoor spaces for our group to spread out. Great stay with our adult kids and grandkids!

We loved our stay! Perfectly located not too far from the airport but close to beautiful Luquillo Beach and El Yunque. Something for everyone! FYI - It is directly next door to a restaurant though which I did not realize when I booked it. The only small issue we had is that a one year old was traveling with us and we were a bit nervous about the tiled stairwell. The banisters are too far apart and a small child can easily fit through the openings. Also, a couple expandable gates were available but there was no way to secure either of them at the top of the stairs. We were all extra vigilant throughout the week. Other than that, the views are as advertised and the pool was a great hit! Thank you for your hospitality (esp. to Manny who was very helpful)!

A slice of heaven!

What a beautiful house! Tastefully decorated, pretty landscaping, a wonderful pool, and breathtaking views of the ocean! Fully stocked with everything we needed, including kitchen supplies, toilet paper and garbage bags. Immaculate too. It was perfect for the seven of us.The property is close to many restaurants, the rain forest and the beach. Manny, the property manager, was wonderful to work with, and was there within 10 minutes when we reported an issue with the front gate.With no street signs or house addresses, the property was difficult to find when we arrived after dark. It would be helpful to tell people to turn immediately after the "Mi Casa es Su Casa" sign, and before Richie's Restaurant, and to let them know that it is the first house on the left. The only other suggestion would be to provide some beach chairs and some extra bath and beach towels. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this property and would highly recommend it! We'd love to come back!

Fantastic first trip to PR

We were a party of 7 celebrating son’s graduation. The house setup was perfect for us with 2 bedrooms on each level and separate living rooms. I think we all would say the best part was being able to come home after activities and jump in the pool (We definitely took full advantage of that perk) Manny the property manager was the best and always available to answer any questions The view was incredible from the large deck. We would 100% rent this place again!

Exraordinary

Our stay at this rental house was nothing short of extraordinary! Nestled in a tranquil and safe neighborhood, the property offered marvelous panoramic ocean views that took our breath away. The greenery surrounding the house and the overlooking golf course added to the serene atmosphere, providing a peaceful escape. The highlight of the house was undoubtedly the expansive balcony and patio, offering uninterrupted views of the ocean. Large glass windows throughout the property allowed us to enjoy the scenery from every corner. Whether it was the mornings as we sipped coffee or enjoying dinner at the big table strategically placed allowing us to soak in the beauty of the surroundings. Manny, the house caretaker was very gracious and responsive, providing valuable local recommendations that added an authentic touch to our trip. We highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a rejuvenating getaway. Our heartfelt thanks to the host Bill for exceeding our expectations.
