Brand new renovated on December 23rd 2020, condominium , with an ideal location, on the main street of Isla verde Avenue, right next door to a 5 start resort, ( el San Juan hotel ) and within 1 block of Anything you want or need: beach, bars, casinos, clubs,24 hour supermarket, restaurants, cvs, car rentals, fast foods, .... you are in the middle of it all! Please provide your email address and cell number at time of reservation confirmation.

EL alojamiento: Quiet building with the following less than 1 block away to : Isla verde - water sports , & food and plenty of fun ! Casinos, el San Juan hotel next door , 4 minutes driving to piñones, night clubs, bars, lupi's restaurant, next door embassy suites hotel,chili's cvs, pizza hut , As of December 2020, the swimming pool is closed due to the covid restrictions.

There are some people from the US living in the neighborhood and the building. Most people speak English, I recommend a rental car.this is a small island and its easy to get around.

We are flexible with the check in and check out ( as long as it does not interfere with another booking.

Important: I am jefry your host, the world as we know it has changed due to the covid 19 pandemic, but life goes on and we adapt. My staff is trained and ready to keep the unit disinfected and sparkling clean for our gest. It is mandatory to usea mask in the Facilities, except when you are inside of the apartment.

Water in the shower no pressure ac was good the balcony was dirty from birds the door was dirty and sticky check in no good instructions we had to wait for 20 minutes to find out how to get in

I flew in at 6PM the day of the start of the rental and I messaged the host because I didn’t get instructions to access the property. He proceeds to cancel the reservation a few minutes later with the comment “Environmental” with no apology. He further explained that a water pipe was broken. Things like this happen but to not get informed earlier was frustrating. I assume he knew earlier since he did not provide access instructions. We had to scramble to find a new property, thankfully one property was available.

Delightful!

Jeffry was wonderful! So friendly & informative.The A/C worked great. Bed was big & comfy. The condo was very cute, parking was fabulous! Very safe. Pool was really nice. The only negative I have to say is that this property doesn’t have a “gym”- it had a room labeled “gym” but the only equipment in there are 2 sets of dumbbells(25 & 35lbs), a historic stationary bike, an ancient scale, a Swiss ball, a heavy bag & a speed bag that’s line lost its elasticity. Aside from this the property was wonderful.

OK, Jeffrey was very good about communicating with me. There is a supermarket 1 block away. The condo unit has a private parking lot. The condo was clean and a great beach house. The beach was about 2 blocks away. The pool at the condo unit was nice and big. San Juan is huge you'll need to rent a car and a car rental is across the street. Overall the place is very nice. Now the is me being picky. The AC unit needs to be checked on. It drips water on the floor. The mini kitchen has only non-stick pots, I would like stainless steel. (so if you cook maybe bring one of your favorite pots.) Electric stove 2 burner unit. The kitchen sink has only cold running water. You'll have to buy cleaning tools like dish soap and brillo. Bathroom nice. Clean. Shower only. The steel door lock does not work so always unlocked. There are 2 locks. the steel door, and a 2nd wooden door that takes a 4 digit pin. The TV is great in the condo. Very close to airport so easy to get to and from. The bed is big and comfortable. I would go back but I would ask if the AC was fixed or modified. (I think it might be the tubes or system that drains water need to be cleaned out).

Our stay was wonderful..Everything close by..the room looked as posted..cute and cozy..the view was amazing..only issue was the AC unit was leaking n little sweet ants in room in certain spots..I would definitely book again with the host

It was perfect for my partner and I it’s a cozy place. It really does have a great view of the beach! We appreciated towels, shampoo, and body wash. There are good dining options around and a sports bar just next door! The beach is at a walkable distance which is great because parking is difficult.

Great location and Cozy

We loved the place. The bed was comfortable a bit high, lol ( my wife is short) We felt safe and it loved the chair and small cooler that was already there. The view from the balcony was awesome. The communication with the owner was great......but I wish there were clear information regarding parking, visitor tags, and keys regarding getting in and out of the building and how to lock the glass door for the balcony.

I booked this property by accident and that was the first REDFLAG. The host gave me the run around on getting my refund and due to timing, I had no other choice but to keep the reservation. The location was okay, close to some things but I would still recommend a rental vehicle. There unit appeared nice. However, it had small insects and the AC was a bit confusing to function. Aside from that, we managed to enjoy out stay. Fast forward to a week from check out, the host had now accused me and my fiancé of stealing the bluetooth speaker from his property! When I mentioned it has been a week since my booking, he told me the cleaning lady was out sick. I assured him we did not steal from him and that he was stereotyping us. After several text messages between the host and myself, my fiance stepped in and called the host. He apologized to my fiancé over the phone stating there was a booking after ours. But has yet to respond to my last text or drop the charges he filed for the speaker. This was my first time booking via expedia for Vrbo and it was not a pleasurable experience.

Nice place. Next door to the El San Juan with parking without paying El San Juan prices. Owner very responsive. A little issue trying to get in but it was settled right away. Would definately stay again.

Other then a miscommunication with the check in time I love the place. Everything was clean and the view was amazing. The host responded very quickly. I would defiantly stay here again.
