Beach Front Condominium convenientemente ubicado en el corazón de la playa de Isla Verde y el centro de la ciudad.

El apartamento está ubicado en un piso 16 de la torre oeste que ofrece una espectacular vista sin obstáculos del Océano Atlántico. Ubicación privilegiada, a diferencia de East Tower, no tenemos ruido de fiestas en The Water Club Rooftop, justo al otro lado de East Tower.

Habitación con vista al mar con cama Queen, toallas, ropa de cama, cajones, toallas de playa, sillas de playa, enfriador de hielo, tabla de planchar / plancha, armario grande con muchas perchas y más ...

Baño moderno con excelente presión de ducha, secador de pelo, artículos de tocador, artículos de limpieza y lavandería.

Sala de estar: Cómodo futón que se convierte en cama doble, TV, radio / DVD, WIFI, una increíble brisa del océano y vista al mar.

AC central: recientemente reparado en julio de 2019, además de ventiladores de techo en la sala de estar y el dormitorio: fantástica brisa natural del océano y sonido de las olas.

Cocina y comedor: asientos de cocina y comedor totalmente equipados para 4 personas.

Balcón: ¡El mejor lugar de la casa! Tal como ves en la imagen principal. Romántico y mágico donde pasarás la mayor parte del tiempo relajándote y observando a la gente en la playa. Binoculares siempre!

El edificio tiene acceso directo a la playa, piscina, área de barbacoa, parque infantil, cancha de baloncesto, cancha de tenis, lavandería y jardín.

This apartment was very clean. Amaizing views. Sonia was all the time there if I need her. Affordable price. It is better than stay in a hotel. You will find all the amenities in this condominium that you'll find in a hotel. Location is perfect to reach any where in the island.

The place was great and exactly as seen in posted pictures. All windows, great view, lots of sunlight. Small kitchen, but gets the job done and has everything you need. Hosts supplied starters of everything from dish soap/sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soaps etc...which is very helpful as some places I've stayed supply absolutely nothing at all, and who wants to go shopping for that stuff while on vacation?! Beach was nice and well maintained, though can get a bit crowded, and the pool is nice as it is on the larger size and really never seemed to be too crowded actually. The hosts were great, supplied a welcome package with helpful information on restaurants, activities and the like. They were also very easy to get in touch with and responsive to ant questions I had. overall, a great stay and would come to this unit again

Communication with the owners was great; they were very responsive. The condo was neat and cozy with an excellent view and just steps from the beach. it is located near Walgreens, shops, restaurants, and a quick Uber ride to anywhere else.

Hosts were always quick to answer any questions and the place was well stocked. Even with a 36 hr power outage there was everything we needed to continue our vacation! Felt very safe with all the extra security. I would highly recommend! We had a great vacation! Would definitely stay here again!

Great communication with the owners. Right on a beautiful beach. There was some traffic/airplane noise occasionally. The home was clean and the view from the balcony was amazing.

Adorable condo with all the amenities, beautiful views with private access to the beach and private secure parking. Close to grocery shopping, restaurants and short drive to old San Juan. Sonia was great, checking on us during our stay but everything was perfect. The staff at the building was very nice and helpful! Thank you for the great stay, if we come back we will definitely choose to stay here again and will recommend to friends!

Hi, The beach was busy but beautiful. The building and the unit could use a facelift. The unit was clean and well supplied. The beach chairs were new but uncomfortable. The system of keys and fobs for entering and exiting the property, getting to the beach is down right awful. There is a narrow turn style that requires a fob to get on or off the beach and it is definitely awkward to get through the space with beach chairs and towels.The area across the street from the condo is tacky, loud. The neighborhood to the west becomes nicer with better restaurants.

For the money, this condo is the best deal in San Juan. The hosts are great. We had to change our reservation dates for medical reasons and even though we were past the 100% refund date, Sonia refunded pur money.

A stunning view with a beautiful beach just steps away. Sonja was a great host that ensured our stay was perfect. The condo was equipped with everything you needed and some extras ! The pictures accurately reflect the property. Would stay here again !

The apartment and host were exceptional.There’s no way one could ever find a better place to stay while in Puerto Rico.We were able to enjoy the amenities the property offered and really, how can one not enjoy having access to several beaches just by walking out the doors.The host was generous with the information they shared about, anything and everything, about the property.Never had a problem just lots of fun.Looking forward to coming back to this place next year.

My wife and I stayed at Felix and Sonia's immaculate property - we felt welcome and cared for immediately upon check-in. The apartment was beautiful and clean and filled with light. Every detail was taken care of - the kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with everything we could need. There were beach chairs and a cooler for the quick elevator ride down to the beautiful sandy beach. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've had over the course of our travels. We would definitely stay here again and again. The hosts were easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any question. Thank you Felix and Sonia!

Our 2nd visit to Sonia's condo. Everything was as described. I cant imagine staying anywhere better. Close to stores and restaurant's. A plus having a parking spot. No need to look elsewhere as this is the spot! We'll be back! Thanks Sonia for the fantastic 2 week stay.

Beautiful views and endless relaxation. Having a place a higher floor allows you to see everything. The place was very clean and had all the amenities. Communication with the owners was easy, very quick to answer your questions and kept you up to date on any news at the facility. The beach is well maintained and water is great.

This beautiful nice and comfy condo is even more beautiful than described! I have stayed a few times at The Marbella Condominiums because of its location, close to SJU airport and most importantly close to all types of restaurants. This particular condo has everything you need; from beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, pots, pans, utensils, kitchen towels, bath towels, washcloths, hand soap in the bathroom and toilet paper and dish soap in the kitchen and paper towels. We arrived an hour earlier than check-in time (4PM) and when we went up to the condo the person cleaning was right outside cleaning the door and said she was almost finished but we decided to go get something to eat. Sonia called me and apologized for not reiterating that check-in was at 4pm. Which was not necessary since it was an oversight on my end. Later on when we arrived the condo smelled absolutely lovey, fresh and clean. The bedroom is quite large and in my opinion there is plenty of room for a king size bed and even a TV. My mom slept in the bedroom and I slept in the living room on the futon. Both the bed and the futon were extremely comfortable. The actual bedsheets are so soft too. Communication with Sonia was top notch! The condo has a minimum stay of 6 nights. We only needed a 5 night stay and Sonia was kind enough to make that happen for us. Looking forward to returning.

Cozy describes it! Nothing over the top fancy, but is perfect for a getaway! Clean, well kept, amazing view, and steps away from the awesome beach! Provided by host was everything you need for a day on the beach! Ubers are always close and ready to pick you up. Host is awesome with communication if any need arises; which is doubtful. Check-in and check-out both super easy. Less than 10 minutes drive to the airport was a plus! Would definitely stay again! From Husker Nation....we'll see ya next time Puerto Rico!!

The view and the balcony are the gem of this unit. Centrally located with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. Communication with the host was excellent. The unit is small and the interior is dated. Can hear noise from the beach at night from late night reveling, but ear plugs from Walgreens across the street solved that. All in all a decent place to stay.
