Hermosa propiedad en el corazón de la mejor playa de San Juan, a pocos pasos de restaurantes y la playa de Ocean Park, a poca distancia de la vida nocturna, supermercados y farmacias. Increíble y conveniente ubicación en el mejor barrio de San Juan, Puerto Rico. ACTUALIZADO CON GENERADOR DE ENERGÍA DE EMERGENCIA Y TANQUE DE AGUA.

PROPIEDAD: La casa fue diseñada por un arquitecto italiano y construida con materiales importados de Italia, refleja el estilo de la arquitectura moderna que te hará sentir como una villa europea en armonía con el magnífico entorno caribeño. La propiedad está dividida en dos apartamentos.

Villa de alquiler: La villa de alquiler se encuentra en el segundo nivel de la propiedad, totalmente independiente de la villa de primer nivel. Está exquisitamente decorado con cocina nueva totalmente equipada, sala de estar / familia, mesa de comedor para 6 personas y mesa de comedor adicional al aire libre para 4 personas, tres dormitorios, dos baños completos, lavandería y amplia terraza con barbacoa. Dos unidades independientes de aire acondicionado central, para sala de estar y dormitorios.

DORMITORIOS: Tres habitaciones con capacidad para 6 personas. El dormitorio principal con una cama queen y su propio baño completo, el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y el tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales, todos tienen sus propios armarios. Ropa de cama de algodón de alta calidad para cada cama, además de muchas almohadas y mantas.

BAÑOS: Dos baños completos con encimeras de mármol italiano y lavabos dobles, el baño principal tiene ducha / bañera, el segundo baño tiene bañera independiente y cabina de ducha separada, cada baño incluye bidet.

ESTILO: La casa fue diseñada por un arquitecto italiano en un estilo moderno de villa italiana, en armonía con el magnífico entorno caribeño. Exquisitamente decorado con techos altos en todas partes. Pisos de madera importados de Italia en todas las salas de estar, azulejos italianos en los baños y la cocina, todas las áreas exteriores y terraza con granito italiano. Todas las ventanas tienen persianas eléctricas a prueba de huracanes y redes para insectos. La propiedad tiene generador de emergencia y tanque de agua.

VECINDARIO: Ocean Park es una exclusiva comunidad de playa cerrada en el área metropolitana de Condado, San Juan. Conveniente ubicación con acceso a muchos restaurantes y vida nocturna, y por supuesto, a muy poca distancia a pie de la playa. Definitivamente el mejor lugar para alojarse en San Juan, Puerto Rico. A poca distancia de supermercados, una panadería Walgreens, Kasalta, tiendas de surf, estudio de yoga y parques. Una comunidad muy tranquila y pacífica cuando se pone el sol, puede caminar, trotar o andar en bicicleta por Ocean Park y disfrutar del hermoso paisaje.

Wonderful stay in a quiet and safe neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. Rey was very responsive. The property was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach and many great restaurants. Finding our way into the gated neighborhood was a little tricky, and the gates close after hours but we never returned that late in the evening. Only feedback is there is a yucky water spot on the ceiling above one of the showers that should be fixed. Everything else was so perfect, so it stood out. Overall, I'd highly recommend.

Lovely Villa close to beach

Very comfortable space. Good A/C. Our visit occurred during an island wide blackout but the villa has a generator. Host was right on the generator issue and taught us what to do.

Great location

The unit was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It is in a separate building; there are no living quarters above or below. The air conditioning worked well. The hurricane blinds block out the light, so you don’t wake up at dawn. We had no problem finding on street parking.The photos on VRBO depict a well maintained residence, however we had some issues.There was a leak in the ensuite bathroom bathtub when we arrived. The owner mopped up the water and advised us to put towels alongside the tub. Leakage was not a problem after that. The bathtub faucet has a handheld shower. When it was switched to shower mode, water continued to flow from the faucet making the shower flow inadequate. The light switch in the en suite bathroom was very difficult to find at night.The hall bathroom has a small separate shower with good water pressure and temperature. The lights on the backlit mirrors do not work and the frosting has deteriorated and is unsightly. The ceiling fixture is the only light in the kitchen. The light switch is in the pantry, making it extremely difficult to turn the light on at night even when the hall lights are on.

Fantastic Stay in San Juan!

This property was a 10/10 on all aspects. From the outside, the villa is clean and beautiful and parking was always readily available in front of the house. When we entered inside, we were all amazed at how accurately the home is depicted from the listing photos...it truly does look just as lovely in person! All of the beds were incredibly comfortable, there was plenty of seating inside for us to eat and hang out, and the covered outdoor deck was enjoyable to relax on. There were plenty of kitchen tools to utilize for cooking while we were there, and we were provided plenty of bath & beach towels so we didn't have to worry about bringing our own or washing while we were there. We loved how secure the property felt, as the neighborhood is a gated community there is a locked gate that requires a code to enter into the villa. Rey was a wonderful host who was always available to answer questions, and provided clear check-in instructions prior to arrival. Many thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Ocean Park Bliss

Our group of 6 had an amazing experience - the home was just it appears on the app and is comfortable, with everything provided in the well-stocked kitchen, to the bathrooms, to laundry, and beach-going essentials. AC was strong and worked well, great water pressure, comfy beds and a fun outdoor patio. Couldn't have asked for better. Easy walk to numerous restaurants, groceries, beach, coffee/cafes.

Cute house in great location!

The house was very clean, air conditioning worked very well, and check in/check out was so easy. Great place with cute restaurants nearby and walkable to a perfect beach. Ray was very responsive and provided everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place with a caveat

The Property is great and the neighborhood is safe with a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. The only issue that we need to bring up is the problems we had related to electricity. There was a power surge on Saturday when we arrived. It fried the 12 cup coffee maker and the refrigerator. Not knowing that the refrigerator was dead we stocked it. The owner did reimburse us for the lost food, and gave us $100 for our troubles . However, we did not have a refrigerator to use for the entire trip. From Saturday until Tuesday night, the property was struggling with electricity. It was switching from a generator to city power. When it would switch, we would need to go down to the street level and throw a switch. One night we needed to go down to the street at 12:30am. Again, the property was great and the neighborhood is great. The property manager did his best and responded when we texted him. The electrical issues are not limited to this area. This is something that we feel others need to know that can happen at this property.

Enjoyable weekend in Ocean Park

The unit is well appointed and the decor is appealing. A cozy unit indeed. The A/C and the laundry machines worked well. The kitchen is adequately equipped. The beds are comfortable; the rooms are also adequately appointed. The owner provided sufficient towels for bathing and also towels for the beach. Very nice!

A Beautiful, Unique Home

A beautiful, unique home in a great location. Walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Rey is an outstanding host. Any questions were met with immediate responses. A special bonus, Pirata, Rey's little dog. A friendly pet that often greeted us and loves having her belly rubbed!

Ocean Park Gem

The apartment was an excellent choice for our three night stay near San Juan. It was well-appointed with comfortable bedrooms and living spaces. It was very convenient to the beach and to several restaurants and coffee shops. The host was very communicative and helpful.

Siblings Sailing Vacation

This was a landing spot for our group of siblings and spouses before heading to the British Virgin Islands for a week of sailing. The home was well equipped with everything we needed and the location is awesome. It is within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and the amazing beach. I would definitely stay there again!

Christmas getaway

We loved everything about our stay at the villa. The location is perfect…3 minute walk to the beach, 5-10 minute walk to lots of restaurants and a 10 minute Uber to Old San Juan. Rey was very responsive to any of our questions/needs. Highly recommend!!

Bachelorette Party Villa

We had a group of 6 that was very comfortably accommodated. The villa was clean and well stocked with supplies. We felt safe and was able to come and go easily without any issues. It was a few minutes walk from the beach and food which was great. The power went out while we were there but there was a backup generator that worked perfectly. We would definitely stay again!! Best. Vacation. Home. Ever!

I've done a lot of traveling, and this is by far the best vacation home that I have ever stayed in. It was a perfect size for my family of 4. There were some technical difficulties in the booking process through the system, but Rey took care of it immediately. He was very communicative and quick to respond to any questions. He also recommended a wonderful company to use for excursions during our stay. The home was very well furnished and clean. It also contained more utensils, small appliances, and even bathroom items than I have ever seen. I don't like to be cramped on vacation, so this home was perfect size for us to all have our own space. The neighborhood was very secure, and we felt safe the entire time. Also, beach access was very easy. Outside the neighborhood were nice little restaurants, bars and stores. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely home away from home in San Juan

Lovely home for my family of 5! It was clean, comfortable, safe, and well appointed. We appreciated the open layout of the main living/dining space since the intent was relaxing together. The location was ideal; we enjoyed walking 2 blocks to the beach to watch the sun rise, we tried a few restaurants and stores that were walking distance, and we were a short drive from exploring Old San Juan and other fantastic restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful; and we were delighted by visits from the small dogs that live on the first floor. Rey was easy to communicate with; he provided all of the info we needed in advance, and was available to clarify our questions.
