Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Home away from home. Host is prompt . Dorado area is more Americanized , more restaurants like mainland. Beaches were close. Can’t brag enough. You will not be disappointed.

The short walk to the beach, close proximity to great restaurants and supermarkets was absolutely essential. Everything about the place was fantastic… clean, accessibility, comfortable and quick responses from the host. I am very picky about where I stay, and I highly recommend this place.

Location & House layout are the reasons I am gifting 2 stars. This property has the potential to be a 5 star. Where do I start... I looked at the reviews and only a handful stated dirty .. that is an understatement. I reached out to the owner about the house being dirty and the lack of soap which was noted on the amenities, she only addressed the soap issue. We were traveling for an event so time was of the essence that is the only reason I stayed. 1 - Kitchen Light switch is tightly behind the sink faucet.2- ALL ceiling fans and lights are on the same frequency so every room and living room must agree on when its lights out - such an easy fix yet no attention to detail.3- The showers SUCK, they were installed poorly and the on demand tank must be dirty because one minute the water is ice cold the next your burning. You think you got it to the right temp, lather and when you go to rinse be surprised..4- The AC in the living room is so clogged that if you sit on the sofa you will be sprinkled - again easy fix.5- Cleaning service needs to be fired!!!! Behind dressers, under the beds & closets haven't been clean in a very long time. Refrigerator was dirty, and all AC vents were dirty. It was so bad in the master bedroom that it was not working so we had to clean it.6- If you plan on cooking bring your own pots. The ones they have are disgusting and cooking utensils are gross. Dishes, cups and silverware were good.Plenty of towels.

The property was very clean with comfortable beds and accommodations. The host is highly reliable with excellent and fast communication! The back patio was lovely with comfortable seating and a clean grill we used often. We like to cook, so the pots and pans and dinnerware was good to have for our family. They had beach toys for kids, chairs, and an smaller umbrella. Each room has a TV, and the accommodations allow family members to have space as well.

Quiet gated community. Plenty of restaurants outside the community. Short walk to the beach and watch the sunset. Owner is very responsive. Large outside patio with privacy. Spacious rooms with comfortable mattresses and pillows. Complimentary water jug and snacks are appreciated. AC units and ceiling fans are well maintained and working well to keep the house cool. Water pressure in faucets and showeres is good. Perfect place for our family, but you'll need to drive out a bit to Old San Juan and other main attraction like the rainforest.

The place was as advertised. Beautiful area, very safy with a supermarket open 24 hours.and restaurants nearby. I traveled with my brother in law and my cat Cleopatra. I highly recommend this place. You will need a car though since Dorado del Mar is located half an hour from San Juan.

The house was spotless offered towels and looked as good as pics if not better. Host was easy to reach, accessing the home was easy. Location was ideal, close to beach and restaurants, supermarket, etc. I would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful and comfortable home

Family of 6 stayed for 9 days. Walking distance to the beach and Embassy Suites. Perfect for a small family. Very clean and fresh. Gated community, so, had to check in with the guard every single time we went through the gate, and also no remote control for garage door, which made it kind of a hassle, lol. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Overall a great stay, only 30 minutes from San Juan! Would love to stay there again.
