Welcome to our home in Hacienda Margarita, a gated community with 24/7 security.

Our house is ideally located near a wide range of attractions: beautiful beaches, ATV/Four-track adventures, Go-Karts, Catamaran & Boat Tours, Fishing Charters, snorkeling, the Culebra Ferry, horseback riding, bioluminescent kayaking, golf courses, and more!

As of September 2024, the house includes a generator and water cistern to ensure your stay is uninterrupted.

Conveniently, we’re just 5-10 minutes from supermarkets, Walmart, a movie theater, great restaurants, fast food, and the famous Luquillo Kioskos!

The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, cookware, a coffee maker, stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and more.

We provide beach essentials: towels, chairs, umbrellas, and coolers—everything you need for fun in the sun.

Located 45 minutes from SJU Airport and an hour from Old San Juan, the house also has Wi-Fi and 2 SmartTVs with Netflix, Hulu, and more.

No parties or events allowed.

Our family loved the location of this property with great views and easy access to shopping, beaches, etc. Host was incredibly responsive when needed! Hot tubs were an extra bonus!

The pool was great and the hot tub was hot. There was two on the balcony on the property. One cool and one hot which is great to accommodate different people's preferences. The only issue was with the bed sizes. I wouldn't say that all of the beds were queen sized as advertised. At least two were doubles. The themed room was also a bit awkward to get in and out of with the wood border around it and it being on the floor. Harder for older people but would be fine for younger people. Overall, a great stay and would definitely book here again. The balcony is 10/10 and where we spent the majority of our time. The host was very responsive and great to deal with.

Our stay was wonderful! Waking up to the beautiful view every morning made the trip so special, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The host was incredibly kind and communicative, which made us feel comfortable and welcomed from the start. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we’d love to come back.

Beautiful home and location . Close to the highway and easy to find . Close to shopping, beaches and excursions.We did have a little hiccup, host was very fast to respond! Would highly recommend for large families.

Amazing home in great location!

We had 2 families of 5 stay in this fabulous home. There was plenty of room and we thoroughly enjoyed the rainforest view and beautiful terrace! The house is in a great location close to both Luquillo and Fajardo. The owner was very responsive with any needs/ questions and made check in/ out very easy. I would highly recommend staying in this home!

Wonderful experience, highly recommended!

This property has a beautiful view, many great areas for hanging out, plenty of space, and everything you need for a stay in PR! The owner communicated instructions very clearly and was always pleasant to message with. If you want a good getaway spot, this deserves your considerations!One note: this neighborhood has some of the steepest speed bumps I’ve ever seen. If you are getting a rental car, I’d recommend something that sits up high!

Exquisite Home with Amazing Views

We had the most wonderful family reunion at this beautiful home in Luquillo overlooking the rainforest. The views were breathtaking from morning until night. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the amazing balcony, which has 2 hot tubs, a grill, a bar and lounging furniture. It is in a safe gated community with a pool and allows for piece of mind when out and about. The near by beaches are beautiful and the rainforest allows for hikes and swimming holes which we really enjoyed. We hated to leave and I wish we were still there. We would definitely stay there again when returning to Luquillo. Jose was responsive prior to check in and at check out, with the few questions we had. Don't miss out on this amazing place!

Great location in Luquillo

Beautiful house with an exceptional patio. Very comfortable for a large group. Host was super responsive about some of the issues we ran into during our stay. Overall, a great place that I highly recommend if you want to enjoy Puerto Rico without the San Juan crowds and prices.

The place was fabulous and fit our family perfectly. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re traveling with a large family. The scenery was amazing, the beds were comfortable, and they literally had everything we could ask for. Thank you again for hosting our stay!!!!

Couple of hiccups but nice overall

We stayed here during April vacation 2024, two families, 10 people total. The house did the trick for us but we did have a few issues. The common area upstairs does not have air conditioning, and it gets hot, so we did not spend any time here. Because of this, we actually watched a hockey game in one of the bedrooms. There were tons of mosquitos in the house, especially in the bathrooms; we sprayed bug repellant to keep them at bay. The two hot tubs were nice and the view from the balcony is amazing! The night just lights up with noise from the frogs and insects. I enjoyed it, but it may not be everyone's cup of tea. Getting in and out of the neighborhood was easy, and the location is right off the highway, so you can get to many area attractions quickly. The kitchen could use some updating but we were still able to prepare several meals here which helped save a bit of money on food. Overall it is a nice place with a few things that need some attention.

Great stay

House was clean and large! The back desk is awesome providing a lovely view of the mountains behind the home. ACs in all bedrooms really helped up sleep (also AC on the main floor). The host was quite helpful, answering questions quickly and providing us a new pan when we requested one.

Great for our needs

We were a party of 10 adults and the house had plenty of room for all of us. The view from the large verandah is really lovely - it overlooks a beautiful tropical forest and the night sounds were wonderful. Count on a few minutes to get out of the estate (there are a few efficient speed bumps) but it's very convenient to all sorts of activities.

Great location and incredible views!

Our multi generational family stayed in this house for 3 nights and our experience was fantastic! Beautiful views, the covered patio is so great during the daily rains - we basically lived out there when we weren’t sleeping. The property has AC in all 5 bedrooms and main floor. The upstairs TV area does not have AC but there are lots of windows and fans available, but if you are like us, nobody was watching any TV, we’d rather be outside on the patio or in the hot tub. Wi-Fi worked great. The home is fully stocked, kitchens, baths, laundry etc… owner/manager was very responsive by text when one of the bedroom AC quit working, he found us an immediate resolution. The property is located very close to several public beaches, el yunque National park, shops/restaurants etc… but then is beautifully quiet in the evenings. Lots of nature around (lizards), a few inside and lots outside. Never a problem, they are just present all over in PR. Would absolutely rent here again!! I hope your family enjoys their time in PR as much as we did.

Beautiful

Property was wonderful with an absolutely stunning view from the back patio. Host was very responsive and fixed an air conditioning issue for us very quickly. We also organized a private chef for dinner one night (chef Mari Blanca) and it was excellent. Would recommend!

We were a family of 9, ages 64-1, celebrating a big anniversary. This was the perfect house for us to all be together and have space to spread out. While not a "mansion" by some definitions, it is big! The best part is the huge covered veranda overlooking the rainforest, and with a beautiful view of El Yunque. We ate most meals on the veranda. The 6 and 1 year olds loved playing out there. A good beach is a 10 minute drive away. It has small waves so the kids played safely. The sunset and view of El Yunque from the beach are beautiful. The house has beach towels, chairs, and sand toys. A/C worked great. The lower yard is beautiful for a gathering. We all enjoyed the hot tubs, which were clean. The main gathering room is upstairs, kind of away from the action of the kitchen and veranda, which meant we barely used it. A TV on the lower level would make sense but that was okay. Jose was quick to respond to all inquiries about the property and helped us land an in-house chef for our first night, which was so fun! We would return to this house again!

Terrific!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful house. Great access to many fun activities in the local area. We did not understand that the pool is a neighborhood resource. Not a problem, just something to be clear on that the pool is not at the house. Highly reccomend.
