The apartment is on the first floor, making access simple and easy with no stairs. Inside, you’ll find two queen beds, one full bathroom, a full kitchen, and a practical layout for couples, friends, or small families.



Please note that this apartment is located in an older building from the 1950s, which is part of its charm and classic San Juan style. Because the plumbing is older, we kindly ask guests to avoid flushing large amounts of toilet paper at once. Please do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or anything other than toilet paper, as this can damage the toilet or plumbing system.



A convenient home base for guests who want to explore San Juan, enjoy the local scene, and still have a comfortable place to relax after a day out.
