Villa Caracol: A new villa with very private 7 m pool with infinity view to the forest at the famous Playa Maderas. From the front side of the villa you have as well an view to the rock, waves and the sand in the small bay closest to the rock. An amazing view from a small terrace in shade under trees and surrounded by romantic garden as well. Or use your direct private access to the beach. Retire in high privacy at a great pool area with grass and fruit trees – and change to the ocean view side as you like. Also a great space for working remotely with excellent fiber optic wifi. A great base 11 km north from San Juan del Sur. 1 minute from the white sandy beach.

Spaces around the villa:
The villa has a very special privacy around the pool to the forest side, which also has good shade and tranquility. This includes a big dining area with a water fall and a separate grill area as well. Also a grass area for deck chairs.
On the front porch there is an ocean view – dining space in the shade – and a hammock. Further is a small terrace under trees with garden from where you can watch Maderas Rock as well as the sand and the waves on the beach in the small bay closest to the rock, called Mathilde.

Food:
Almost all kinds of meals in different ways from a fully equipped kitchen, grill, go to restaurants at the beach or get quick delivery from restaurants in town. You have any freedom to cook and organize this as you want – and the staff always online can help with advice about many options or cook any type of meal or diet for you. You have a lot of options anytime you like. Or you can just follow our recommendations.

Staff:
Always online, 24 hour security and housekeeping, kitchen staff on request. Daily cleaning is included. Staff is discrete but always close. Very flexible and personalized services. Tell us what you need.

Wellness:
If you like to order a private massage or other kind of wellness at your villa it is possible through our contacts. We have yoga spaces and equipment and a private yoga teacher is also possible. Also we have an outdoor gym. If a surf interest then just going down to the beach – where there are also surf instructors. Many guests add some of this to their stay.

Transportation and parking:
The Villa has private parking right next to it. You can also arrive by taxi – as well as go by taxi when you want. We can also help arrange transportation directly from airport.
