    Home of contemporary elegance, Casa de Las Risas features rich wood furnishings that juxtapose, and are emboldened by, light tones on the walls and floors. Located in the exclusive Palmilla Caleta community, this luxury villa is known for its clean and open architecture that orients towards the natural surrounding beauty of Cabo, and stunning views of the Sea of Cortez.

    Each of the two master bedrooms has been tastefully decorated with natural accents and quality linens. Ensuite washrooms are light and open with a similar contrast of light walls/floors against beautiful dark wood framing and cabinetry, as found throughout this home.

    The decor is minimal, thus accentuating the bold and aesthetically pleasing aspects of Casa de Las Risas. The open-concept living and dining area opens out onto the spectacularly spacious terrace through floor-to-ceiling windows. Be sure to take advantage of the beautiful gourmet kitchen and all the professional stainless steel appliances it has to offer.

    Outside on the lower grass-lined terrace, infinity and plunge pools accompanied by comfortable wood lounge chairs are ready and waiting for you. A dining area, bar, and BBQ are situated in a prime position for the enjoyment of the lovely view. Terraces on the upper and lower levels of Casa de Las Risas facilitate ultimate enjoyment of the beautiful vista.

    The house has a large TV in the main living area which has live streaming and access to sports games. Four of the five bedrooms also have Smart TVs.

    Your booking of Casa de Las Risas, which is located in the exclusive Palmilla residential community, includes access to Palmilla Golf and Tennis. Additional fees apply. Please ask your concierge for reservations and tee times. One & Only restaurant reservations may also be requested and are subject to availability and confirmation from the One & Only Palmilla hotel.

    Casa de Las Risas is about a 5-minute walk from one of the best swimmable beaches in Cabo!

Best weekend at the best villa!

Came here for my bachelorette party and had the BEST weekend at Casa de las Risas! The house was incredible, exactly as pictured, and perfect for our group of 13. The concierge service was outstanding and all working with them were so kind & helpful. The house was well equipped in the kitchen, bedrooms & bathrooms. I would absolutely recommend this villa!

Cabo Spring break and Wedding

We had a wonderful time at Casa Risas! The house was just as good in person as it was online. They people that worked around the house as well as the housekeeper were so nice. I would definitely recommend renting the house if you are looking for a big house for the family. This one checks all the boxes.

Incredible villa in Cabo

We LOVED our stay at Casa de las Risas. We had nine women there to celebrate my 40th, and it was the perfect escape from jobs, kids, etc. for a long weekend. We loved how everyone had plenty of space, comfy beds, a large kitchen to make easy breakfast/lunch, etc. We spent the majority of our time outside: at the fire pit, by the pool, in the pool, watching for whales, walking to the beach for a stroll or swim, etc. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home!

Perfect family vacation

The house was perfect for our group. Each family had their own private space with their own bathroom. Plenty of room to have privacy or have a quiet space for the baby to nap but all within the same big house. The beach is a two minute walk, and we rarely saw anybody there. It felt like our own private oasis. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed walking around with the babies in the evening before dinner. The pool was fabulous, the house had everything we needed and the staff bent over backwards to make sure our stay was the best. I can’t wait to go back.

Casa Las Risas

We loved everything about this house except that the downstairs rooms are only accessible from the patio. No interior stairwell/hallway. We learned upon arrival that this hacienda style is common in Palmilla. We adjusted to it (momma had her monitors for the babies and the toddler), and had a great time. The house is beautiful, the furnishings are high end and comfortable, the pool and hot tub are super clean and perfect temperature and the ocean view is jaw dropping. We also had Sun Cabo arrange our dinner chefs Eddie and Arnold who made beautiful dinners each night. A perfect vacation foe our large family.

Amazing property

We celebrated a birthday at Casa de las Risas and had an amazing time! The pool and ocean view/access was perfect for our group. We definitely made some memories and hope to be back soon!
