The Space:

Located in Palmilla’s gated community, Oceano Altas, on the 5th hole Fairway of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, overlooking the Sea of Cortez. Casa Bonita by Ronival is a beautiful home, newly remodeled in the exclusive Palmilla Community, famous for its luxurious homes and within 5 min golf cart ride or 10 min walk to renown Palmilla Beach, one of the best swimmable beaches in Cabo.



This amazing single-level home features 4 tastefully decorated bedrooms and 4 full baths. All bedrooms are spacious and equipped with luxury linens and bath toiletries. The two Master bedrooms feature king-size beds, ensuite bathroom, smart TVs, and sliding doors that open to the backyard. The guest bedroom features 2 queen-size beds, smart TV, ensuite bathroom, and sliding doors open to the interior courtyard with a fountain, where you can relax in one of the two swing chairs and enjoy the breeze. The house is at guests' entire disposal to enjoy, including a private pool, jacuzzi, garage and even the golf cart. It has everything you need to make it feel like home. The four spacious bedrooms are illuminated with natural light and luxurious linens; two master suites that open onto private patios where guests can enjoy their own space while others stay inside if they want some peace and -privacy!



The Neighborhood:

Palmilla is famous for its luxury villas, the exclusive One & Only Palmilla Hotel established back in 1950’s, and being one of the best beaches in Los Cabos.



Conveniently located just 25 minutes away from the San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD) and 10 minutes from San Jose Downtown, you will feel charm and luxury as soon as you enter Palmilla.



Take the golf cart to the Shoppes at Palmilla, which are just across the bridge (5 min drive or 10 min waking) with high end shoppes as well as a great variety of restaurants including: Creme Cafe (for a delicious morning breakfast, coffee or baked goods), Nick San (famous Japanese cuisine), and Blue Fish (delight with the fresh sea food and ceviche).

Also at The Shoppes you will find California Ranch Market which is a the grocery store you will want to visit for organic and gourmet groceries, as well as fresh produce and daily bakery goods. They also offer ready to go salads, entres and meals of the best quality.



Other Things to Note:

Private Chef Services Available: We can arrange a private chef for your group. Rates start at $140 for breakfast or lunch, $170 for dinner, or $370 for all three meals a day for up to 6 guests; 15% gratuity applies. Groceries are not included. Please inquire about cost for larger groups or holiday season rates.





Small children should be supervised by adults at all times, adults are responsible for children's safety. Child hazards include but are not limited to: Pool & jacuzzi with no gates.

Palmilla Golf Course Improvement Notice

As part of ongoing improvements within the Palmilla community, renovation work is currently taking place along portions of the golf course, including the 5th hole near the Océano Altas & Bajas areas. Guests may occasionally notice construction activity, noise, or changes to the surrounding golf course views during normal working hours.

The project is being completed in phases and is currently expected to continue through late 2027. We want to share this information in advance so guests can plan their stay with appropriate expectations.



This property is inside a residential community. For this reason, you will be required to provide an ID and sign the community rules in order to grant access. Please message us if you need specifics on the community guidelines
