"We had the most wonderful 10 days here. I cannot praise the staff highly enough. Anna, Fabio and the reception team were brilliant with travel advice and arranging visits to various attractions. Gennaro and the restaurant team had the amazing talent of making you feel like you were the only people they were looking after. So friendly and full of great tips on places to visit. And the food was incredible, so huge compliments to the chef as well. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Overnight stay prior to early morning flight. There is no airport shuttle however there were several guests checking out as early as 3:30 AM in the hotel was calling a cab for each of these guests. Parking was 17 euros and convenient."

Location not the best if you DON’T do your research ahead of time. -But if you can figure out how to purchase bus tickets in downtown Sorrento at a tobacco shop first, then it is only about 8 minutes from the city center. I was shocked to find out that taxi cabs cost anywhere from 40-70 euro for such a short distance. Do yourself a favor and take the EAV 008 bus towards the property (or back and forth for that matter) and contact the hotel, they have a...

"Marco was excellent and the room was very clean. Maybe the breakfast ingredients could have been more fresh but Marc’s capuccino in the morning made it better. Great stay, it is about 20-30 walking from downtown Sorrento but it is well located. Great stay would recommend it! "

"Great breakfast choice. Electric socket in the room was challenging, had to keep hand to allow the kettle to boil. Staff amazing Had the vineyard tour with lunch and five wine tasting. Tour by golf cart was very short and not lacked full explanation,for anyone who had never been to a vineyard it didn’t explain the process from vine to bottle. The property was a good mile walk from the town centre. Great seeing the local children learning to ride. Very pleasant stay"

"The restaurant is awesome. Great breakfast. We loved our stay. Location is walking distance to Pompeii ruins as they are literally across the street. Only downside was some WiFi issues and an AC that was off and on. Some of that was in their control as weather wasn’t very hot outside"

"While the hotel room itself was clean and quiet. The hotel location is convenient for access to train, metro and airport. I noted that there were dirty dishes left in the hallway - common area floor for at least 14 hours, indicating that housekeeping was not on a periodic monitoring of floors, at least on the days that we stayed. Whether this was indicative of a systemic concern or a single bad day for housekeeping, it left an unfavourable impression. This single event should not dissuade...

"Despite the hotel being okay and clean enough - as we arrived to check in the receptionist had a bad attitude with us, they wouldn't go out of their way to make the experience any better. Overpriced for where it is and what the room even had available (no coffee machines etc). None of the spa wellness services were available for guests (additional costs) which no one uses as its tiny and not worth the prices."
