Fantastic holiday in the land of the sun, in a lovely Villa with pool.

The tasteful villa with a beautiful pool and a spacious plot of almost 700m² is located near the small village of La Marina in the middle of a holiday development.
The well-kept garden invites you for Barbecue and relax.
The winter garden at the house allows you to relax and retreat even on windy and rainy days.
The property is not visible from the outside as it is surrounded by a wall and thus protects privacy.
All rooms in the house are on one level and have blinds and fly screens.
Next to a comfortable living and dining room with TV/DVD/CD player, two sofas and a dining area is the fully equipped kitchen.
The villa offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms with toilets. Overall, we recommend a maximum occupancy of 5 people.

The towns of Santa Pola and Guardamar are about 10 minutes away.
The airport in Alicante can be reached in approximately 30 minutes.
You can reach El Pinet beach in about 10 minutes.
There are also some golf courses nearby.

Lovely holiday

We had a lovely holiday at this vacation house. Everything we needed was available. Nice house, Nice pool,… The host was very quick to reply to all of our questions. One day there was a problem with the electricity, but it was resolved as quickly as possible.

Everything was perfect!

We are so happy that we chosed to stay in this villa. It had everything we could have asked for and more. There are a lot of towels in the house for both the pool and the beach. The beds in each room are very comfortable. Michaela is the perfect host and was quick to respond to all of our questions. Sven who handled the check-in and check-out procedure was also great and helpfull. It is a quiet neigbourhood and have walking distance (10 min) to a indoor Market (La Marina Market) where to buy stuff for the beach, pool etc. Consum with an excellent manual desk where you can buy cheese, jamon and other good stuff. And several restaurants. There is a public tennis and padel court just two block from the house. Mercadona, Lidl and Aldi is just 5 min drive from the house. It taket about 10 min to drive to Guardamar where you have two big markets on Wednesdays and Sundays. We would definately come back again in the future.

Great house and location

We had a fab time and the villa had absolutely everything we could of wanted or needed. Great outside space for the kids and in a good quiet location, but within easy reach of all the amenities. Would be happy to stay again

Es war einfach traumhaft und heimisch!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Wir waren mit unseren Kids eine Woche in dieser wundervollen Unterkunft! Von Anfang bis Ende hat alles mehr, als gepasst!!! Nach nur zwei Tagen nach der Ankunft haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt!!! Das Haus beinhaltet alles, was man im Alltag und auch sonst benötigt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr liebevoll, strukturiert und herzlich bis aufs kleinste Detail! Wer sich in diesem Haus nicht wohl fühlt, den bverstehe ich rein gar nicht! Alles war komplett unkompliziert! Von der Buchung, über die Kontaktaufnahme mit den liebevollen Inhabern des Hauses, die Auf- und Abnahme des sehr herzlichen Hausverwalters waren einfach TOP!!!!! Dieses Haus lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen!!!!! Jederzeit wieder und vor allem: JEDEM NUR ZU EMPFEHLEN!!!! Ruhig gelegen und doch zentral! Zum Supermarkt 2 Minuten! Zum Strand 20 Minuten und in die Berge auch ca 15-20 Minuten! DIESES HAUS ZU MIETEN LOHNT SICH IN JEDEM FALL!!!! Ganz lieben Dank für diese tolle Zeit!!!!! Ganz liebe, herzliche Grüße!!! Erholung pur

Im Vorfeld hat eine Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, per Mail, stattgefunden. Diese war sehr positiv. Es wurden alle Fragen zur vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Check Inn und Check out waren zeitlich flexibel, freundlich und unproblematisch. Da wir keinerlei Probleme hatten kann ich nichts zu dem vor Ort Service sagen. Ich bin aber davon überzeugt das man uns bei Problemen schnell und kompetent weitergeholfen hätte. Das Ferienhaus mit eigenen Schwimmbad, umzäunten Grundstück wo auch das KFZ noch Platz hatte waren genau nach unseren Vorstellungen. Die Küche war geräumig und mit allen ausgestattet was man benötigt. Es gab eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Den Trockner haben wir allerdings nicht in Anspruch genommen. Die Schlafzimmer waren klimatisiert und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Bäder waren funktionell und sauber. Das Wohnzimmer war klimatisiert und die Sitzmöglichkeiten waren angenehm. Hier hatte man auch die Möglichkeit an einem Esstisch zu Essen, falls es draußen zu heiß war. Der Pool war ein Traum und es gab im Außenbereich auch eine Duschmöglichkeit. Außerdem gab es mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten mit Tischen im Außenbereich. Dort gab es zusätzlich Liegeplätze. So manchen Abend haben wir uns mit dem vor Ort befindlichen Grill versüßt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Es gab zwei Sachen die uns jetzt nicht weiter gestört haben, aber ordnungshalber erwähnt gehören. Das Wasser wird durch einen Gasdurchlauferhitzer erwärmt. Dementsprechend hat es etwas gedauert bis das warme Wasser bei uns im Bad war. Wir hatten das Bad mit der Dusche, Zugang vom Schlafzimmer aus. Aufgrund der Außentemperaturen war das Wasser auch ohne Erwärmung angenehm. Der 2. der geduscht hat bekam dann natürlich auch warmes Wasser ;-)). Was mir noch aufgefallen ist war das W-Lan. Keine Ahnung mit welchen Bandbreiten in Spanien gearbeitet wird aber es war schon arg eingeschränkt. Wenn wir einen Film gestreamt haben war es nicht möglich mit einem anderen Gerät das W-Lan vernünftig zu benutzen. Aber auch das hat uns nicht gestört. Da wir unser deutsches Datenvolumen der Handys auch in Spanien nutzen konnten haben wir uns entsprechend eingerichtet. Fazit: Gerne wieder.

Fantástica estancia

Hemos pasado 2 semanas fantásticas. La propiedad está muy cuidada y dispone de todo lo que puedas necesitar. Cada detalle está pensado y concebido para el disfrute. La piscina, los diferentes ambientes en el jardín exterior, la decoración, los electrodomésticos, la vivienda, etc son ideales. Se lo recomiendo a todos los viajeros que quieran disfrutar de tranquilidad y comodidad.

Traumvilla in ruhiger Lage

Wir (Familie mit 3 Kindern) haben in diesem schönen Haus einen sehr angenehmen Urlaub verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und auch der Pool ist ein Traum. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlagen, 2 Bäder, Küche, Wintergarten und ein Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlage. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. WLAN ist vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit Gasherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Kühl-/Gefrierschrankkombination, Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher u.a. ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Drinnen und draußen sind zahlreiche Sitzgelegenheiten mit Tischen vorhanden. Auch eine Dachterrasse ist über eine Treppe zugänglich. Man kann auf dem Grundstück neben dem Pool parken, vor dem Grundstück gibt es aber auch reichlich Parkplätze. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, man kann den nächsten Supermarkt und einige Restaurants aber auch zu Fuß erreichen. Das Poolwasser ist auf Salzbasis und wird wöchentlich kontrolliert. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und der Verwalterin vor Ort (deutschsprachig) war sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Really lovely villa

We enjoyed our holiday very much and the villa was perfect with it being spacious, private, nicely furnished and very well equipped. We thought that the location was excellent with the villa being in a nice neighbourhood and only a short walk to various bars, restaurants and shops. It's just under half an hour's drive from the airport and easy to find and the check-in and out was very efficient and at the precise times we asked for. The owners are very helpful also and we would definitely recommend this villa. Many thanks. Jem & Corrina

Best Villa by far

What a beautiful villa spotless well thought out everything you could want. Had a fantastic holiday sooooo hot but slept well at night thanks to the aircon. Loads of pubs and restaurants in the near area within walking distance. Very quite area chilled in the lovely pool. All in all a great villa cannot recommend enough.
