Located in El Dorado Ranch this two-bedroom home blurs the line between indoor and outdoor living and is the perfect place to experience San Felipe. To get here, driving from the U.S, you would drive South on San Felipe - Mexicali Highway 5 to the KM 176 marker.  The desert-inspired landscaping is open and inviting and leads you right into a front courtyard. This outdoor lounge space has pockets of sun and shade and is the perfect place to enjoy lunch with a clear sky view. 

When you walk through the front door you’ll find yourself in the spacious and sunny living room. This is a roomy hangout space surrounded by windows and features a flat-screen TV and comfortable couches. Host a movie night here or break out the board games and have a family game night after a day at the beach.

The living room flows effortlessly into the kitchen. This central space is designed to bring people together over good food and good conversation. Brew coffee in the coffee maker and enjoy it out on the patio, or use the stove and microwave to cook a family meal from scratch. Order takeout and enjoy it at the formal dining room table, or stock the full-size refrigerator and cabinets with your favorite groceries from the grocery store down the street. Eat breakfast at the breakfast bar or use the space to open up your laptop, connect to the wifi and get work done. Modern features like a dishwasher, open shelves, and drawers stocked with kitchen gadgets make this a convenient place to eat and cook together.
 
The bedrooms are set apart from the main living areas, giving guests all of the space and privacy that they need. The master suite has a comfortable Queen size bed, handcrafted furniture, decorative light fixtures, and a large window that allows for plenty of natural light. Guests in this room have access to a private bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower behind a frosted glass privacy wall.

The second bedroom has a full-size bed, walls the color of sunshine, and ample storage space. This bedroom is just steps from the second full bathroom, which has a toilet, mirrored vanity, and a walk-in shower with rainshower features. 

A door from the living room leads out to the shady lanai. Sea breezes sweep through this shady spot, and from here you have great views of the sea meeting the sky in the distance. Enjoy breakfast out here before heading into town, or invite friends over for dinner with a view. A gorgeous mural adds a pop of color to the space, and cafe-style chairs are perfect for starting the day with a cup of coffee. A walkway leads from this shady patio to the impressive outdoor kitchen. Here you’ll find comfortable bar seating, an outdoor grill, a sink, and plenty of counter space for meal prep. On the other side of the outdoor kitchen is a spacious dining area that sits under a giant palm thatch umbrella.
 
But the outside entertainment area doesn’t end there. This rental comes with 4 pool passes only!
The resort is strict and will only allow 4 guest access the pool. This includes adults and children.

RESORT PASS AND SWIMMING POOL PASS

This resort requires guests to have passes to access the resort and pools
The passes are only issued directly to guests - Tgis requires guest to visit one more office after check-in
Regular hours for issuing passes to guest is between 8AM - 4:30PM
If you arrive after 4:30PM, we check-you in as usual, but you will need to go to resort office the next day to pick up your passes.
If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will not be able to use the swimming pool on arrival day because you won't have the required passes. You can use the pool once you pick up your passes the following day.
Pool hours are 9AM - 10PM

Check-in 3PM - 8PM.  After 8PM arrival is $25 extra.

MONTHLY RENTALS: Utilities are extra.  $1,000 security deposit.
