Casa Monterrey is a magnificent San Felipe Vacation Rental located in San Felipe's South Beach community of La Hacienda. This home was designed and built to be grandiose, offering over 2,800 square feet of living space to relax and enjoy. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with a queen bed. Additional sleeping arrangement on the ground floor is available courtesy of the sofa sleeper. Head upstairs and there are 2 more bedrooms — the third guest room is right up the first flight of stairs, followed by a huge master bedroom with an equally spacious master bath.

The kitchen is outfitted with a complete set of stainless steel appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator. The breakfast bar is the perfect place to share meals and plan where to go and what to see in San Felipe. This San Felipe Vacation Rental is fun both inside and outside. Outside you have the choice of hanging out at the courtyard on the first floor or heading upstairs to the spacious rooftop deck for some tanning. The rooftop deck also has a BBQ grill, fire pit, and lots of comfortable seating. And the views — simply spectacular. Sea views, mountain views — the pictures tell it all.

This unit's community entrance is closed at all times. Only residents and guests have access by scanning a special card that will be given to you upon arrival. You'll have 1 card available per unit, leaving a $50 deposit for each card which is 100% refundable. The house is very well maintained and is cleaned by a cleaning crew with experience from U.S. hotels. Guests provide all needed towels. Monthly rentals available — utilities are additional. A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. After 8PM, there is a $25 late check-in fee.

Great house. Great location.

The experience was great. House was big and nice. Very specious. All the women in our group loved the kitchen. I would recommend this place. The beach is like 5 minutes walk and the water is clean.

Beautiful Home in a gated community

The check in process was a bit confusing because I had to pick up the key at an office but the property was located about 15 mins away from the office and I had to leave a $50 deposit. This was not disclosed in the instructions but it was a minor inconvenience compared to the beautiful home we got to stay in. It was comfortable also. It is located about 15 mins from the downtown area and it’s in a gated community which requires a pass to scan and get through. Only one is provided so it gets tricky when there are multiple people with you. The home itself is a 2-story lovely villa. The bedrooms are clean and nicely placed. 2 upstairs with a lovely patio/deck. 2-bedrooms downstairs and a large living room and dining room and kitchen. The air conditioning works great. Lots of parking. It’s really remote and nice. I would stay again. Apparently there’s a pool somewhere on the property but I wasn’t the one who saw it. The beach looks close by but we traveled to another location to go to the beach because of a family party. Consider staying here, it’s a great deal, but be informed of location and it has stairs. Thank you for the stay.

Beautiful House

The house is huge and it’s beautiful! The kitchen is huge perfect for a big family. The view in the morning was beautiful. The air conditioner broke down for the bottom rooms which are, living room, 2 bedrooms and kitchen, it got really hot. We called the manager and he sent a person asap. They couldn’t fix it but they brought us portable air conditioners, we were really impressed on how quick they helped us. Since, they couldn’t fix the air conditioner the kitchen got really hot but, my family and I made it work and we ate upstairs on the deck with a beautiful view. Only thing is you have to drive a little far to go into town. Other then that, we love the house!! It was an amazing experience!! Thank you!
