Casa Grande is designed for seamless indoor and outdoor living, providing open living areas, outdoor entertainment spaces, a fully furnished kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and locally inspired decor. The open concept floor plan allows guests to move freely from one room to another, while floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors provide breathtaking views of the beach from almost every point in the home.

The main living room features a modern leather wrap-around sofa, two comfortable armchairs, and a classic wooden coffee table, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking views of the outdoor patio and the ocean. This living room has a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, perfect for family game nights or binge-watching your favorite shows. The living room transitions effortlessly into the impressive gourmet kitchen, featuring dramatic stone columns, granite countertops, beautifully tiled floors, exposed wood-beam ceilings, custom cabinets, an extended snack bar with high-top seating, stainless steel appliances, and a coffee maker. The main dining room features a large square dining table seating eight, with a large sliding glass door leading to the outdoor entertainment area.

This San Felipe Vacation Rental offers four bedrooms. The first master suite features a King bed, flat-screen TV, two reclining leather chairs, floor-to-ceiling windows, a brick dome ceiling, private patio access, and a spa-inspired bathroom with an open stone shower, separate soaking tub, and his-and-hers sinks. The second bedroom also features a King bed with its own walk-in shower bathroom. The third bedroom has a Queen bed with sliding glass doors to the beachside patio. A second living area with two armchairs and a flat-screen TV provides additional space for kids or quiet relaxation. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM.

My family and I had an excellent stay. Irving, the property manager, was very attentive and was always quick to respond any questions or concerns.

Verry unhappy with management company

Power was out most of the time at the house. There is no provisions for a backup generator. With no power there is no refrigerator or water supply since the house is on a pump system with a water storage tank. Could not flush toilets or wash dishes. The water heater is propane and would only get the water lukewarm, when the power was on and you could take a shower. The house doesn't have any heat either. We were ready to cut our trip short after 3 nights of this. Management had us relocate to another house which was not beach front like we had rented. This company will not refund any money under any circumstances. After our stay at the first house, the management company charged my credit card for damage that was already there when we arrived. If renting from this company go over everything with a fine tooth comb and report anything immediately to the management. In our case there was a candle on a wood table in the living room that had a burn mark hidden by the candle and a small tear in the couch. Did not find the burn mark until we moved the candle to the dining table on the second evening when we had to use it for light. The candle was never lit while on the living room table. I will never rent from this company again. I have reported this to Vrbo and my credit card company. Another note of interest is the company will only take cash for the second payment. No other form of payment is accepted. This means traveling in Mexico with a large amount of cash.
