Located in San Felipe's most prestigious resort - El Dorado Ranch - this  two-bedroom vacation rental villa is fully furnished with all the bells and whistles for the ultimate vacation experience. Beyond the fact that San Felipe is safe, guests can feel extra  secure knowing that our resort has 24x7 patrolled security.

The single floor design makes for easy access.  Starting with the two car attached garage, unloading your vacation bags and toys is super easy.  Families with kids will love the close proximity between the two bedrooms in this rental. And if you prefer not to have to climb stairs in your rental home, then this is one rental that has to be on the top of your list for consideration.

The spacious master bedroom comes with a large queen bed. Attached to the master bedroom is the master bathroom which has an independent shower, bathtub, plus his-and-her sink. A walk-in closet is yours to  hang and store your clothes. Across the hallway is the second bedroom. This bedroom has two single beds, which is great for accompanying guests, or older kids,  who wish to have their own bed. 
 
The location of this rental in the resort  makes it very convenient to access the resort facilities.  It's just a few minutes walk to the tennis courts and swimming pool. This swimming pool has free Wi-Fi plus a bar and grill.  Our private beach is also just a short walk from this villa.  Are you a golfer? If yes, you'll be glad to know San Felipe's only 18-hole golf course is located in our resort. 

Please read carefully:
- Maximum occupancy 6 guests.
- This rental comes with 4 pool passes only!
- If 6 adults rent, only 4 adults can access the pool.
- Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass

Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests.  Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM.  If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool.  Passes will need to be picked up the following day.

A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival.  This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card. 

This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.  
- 8 BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos. It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area 
- Another option is to use the BBQ service of on-site Pavilion restaurant

Monthly Renals - Utilities are extra!

Note:  Off road vehicles are no longer permitted in La Ventana del Mar.  Alternatively, you may rent a house on the mountain side of El Dorado Ranch, or rent in another community in which we have a homes.
