A Mansion full of charme, renewed in 2014, overlooking the small port, in the old village of San Felice del Benaco, near Salò, on Lake Garda.
At 30 metres from the water, you can see the outline of Manerba’s castle and the strip of land called “Isola dei Conigli” (Rabbits Island), near Isola Borghese.
The Villa caters for the people who love the privacy afforded by a small mansion, a magical place to spend your holidays, in the harmony of light and colours of timeless nature.
The Villa has been chosen as a testimonial of the Italian hotellerie in the special edition TV dedicated to Garda.
Warm colours, antique furniture, delicate hand-embroidered linens, old china, flavours and perfumes of the Garda hills, are just a few of the details that the host will be able to appreciate.
The Complimentary Buffet/Breakfast is prepared with care by the house and served by the butler every morning.
On demand, "Lunch & Dinner Service" by the nearby restaurant with menù "A' la carte".

TWO SUITES, unique and particular, TWO CONNECTED ROOMS, and ONE DOUBLE ROOM, all full of the smell of time and flowers, in the warmth of tradition and attention to details.
- ROMANTIC SUITE:(Lake View) Big luxurious double room, 45 sq. m, decorated with antique furniture, king size bed and linen bed sheets.
The living room is made precious by a fireplace made in local stone, an ideal corner to recreate romantic atmospheres.The work desk completes the room’s decoration. Bathroom with shower made with lake stone, a comfortable bath and TV.
Beautiful veranda for an open-air breakfast, with our small patisserie and the beautiful setting of Lake Garda.
- LOUNGE SUITE:(Lake view and garden) Intimate and cosy standard size bedroom, with linen bed sheets, decorated with antique furniture, with a separate ample and comfortable living room with a wood stove.
The bedroom with its living room, for a total of 48 sq. m, looks over a patio and private garden, where you can relax completely, in a reserved and discreet atmosphere.
Bathroom with shower made in local stone.
- TWO CONNECTED ROOMS: Two adjoining and independent standard-sized rooms, enhanced by flowered balconies facing the lake. A room is provided with a king-size bed and a writing table; the matched room is provided with two single beds of standard size.
The floor in antique oak, doors of the XVII century and antique closets with the traditional Italian taste.
The bathroom is provided with a bath and a shower with a TV.
It hosts max 4 people. It is ideal for families composed of 4 people.
- DOUBLE ROOM: this double room, lake view, is provided with a standard size bed, bath with a big shower in travertine stone. About concern these last composition, it's possible to join this room with the Two connected rooms. (tot. 3 rooms)
Original wooden floors, antique doors, wardrobes and furniture of another time, fresh linens, rich breakfasts, warm and suffused lights carry the guest in a delightful atmosphere.
