Please be aware that the City of San Diego is completing road construction in front of the house through June and part of July and it will affect parking on that side however the back alleyway parking will still be available. The construction noise may begin at 7AM-4PM each day.

We strive to keep all amenities in perfect working condition. However, sometimes unforeseen issues may arise. While we will do our best to resolve any concerns promptly, we cannot guarantee the availability of all amenities during your stay. Please note that no refunds will be provided in these instances.



‼️Guest Registration Requirement‼️

To ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, we require a quick guest registration form to be completed after booking confirmation. This helps us comply with building/community requirements and allows us to prepare properly for your arrival. The form includes basic guest details and arrival information and must be completed prior to check-in instructions being released.

Our spaces come fully stocked with the comforts of home, including toiletries, fresh towels, coffee, and essential kitchen items. We also provide a limited number of dishwasher and laundry pods to help you get started.

While these supplies are meant as a starter set and may not last for the entire duration of your stay, we’re always here to help. If you run out, feel free to reach out—we can guide you to nearby stores or delivery options.



‼️SMOKE & NOISE DETECTOR‼️



📌The house is equipped with a smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector for your safety.

📌For any assistance or questions during your stay, please use the Airbnb messaging system.

📌This property is equipped with a noise monitoring device that tracks noise levels (without recording sounds) and alerts the host or host’s agents if the noise exceeds acceptable levels.



📍 This is a quiet neighborhood so the outdoor quiet hours starting at 10PM are strictly enforced including the hot tub area. Disturbing the neighbors may result in an early termination of your stay with no refund.

📍 Hot Tub: Minors under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

🌱 Please note, the schedule may vary depending on weather conditions

📌 Spa Cleaner: Comes every Thursday around 4:20 PM

📌Gardener: Comes every Friday at 10:00 AM for routine landscaping maintenance.

‼️ Hot Tub:

To ensure a clean and enjoyable experience for all guests, please rinse your feet before entering the hot tub to prevent sand and debris from accumulating in the water. Sand can cause damage to the system and require extensive cleaning. If any sand is found in the hot tub after your departure, a cleaning fee may be applied. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain the hot tub in excellent condition. Thank you!
