This large 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in the heart of Pacific Beach, blocks to the ocean, offers the discerning couple or family the perfect upscale, resort like vacation rental. We spared no expense in our remodel, upgrading the home to offer the best in luxury accommodations. We hope you fall in love with our home and make our home your annual destination.

Our oasis features custom cabinetry and quartz countertops complimented by upscale stainless steel appliances. We completed the kitchen with fine glass and dinnerware, and all the cooking utensils one would hope to find in an cooks kitchen. Including a waffle maker to make your morning memorable.

The home features 4 bedrooms all with specially chosen hotel linens and towels.

The hot tub, BBQ, and seasonal fruit bearing trees beckon on to the graceful backyard for an afternoon sunbathe or evening soirée.

Great location!

This home was absolutely perfect for a beach vacation for our friends and our dogs! Very convenient located to everything and it was so nice to be able to walk to everything - especially the beach! The home was very well laid out and everyone had their own space! We will definitely be back!

Fantastic beach cottage

We stayed at this wonderful home for a wedding weekend. Our party included our parents all in their 80s. and 90s. We prepared food for the grooms and bridal parties, as they were getting ready at the resort. The kitchen was so well stocked and the house was so roomy we were able to do this easily. The backyard was great for our dogs and for just lounging in the beautiful weather, the beds are super comfortable and the linens were great. We don't have one negative thing to say about this property. And we will definitely book it again. A bonus was 2 parking spaces in the driveway if you have smaller cars. The location is perfect. You can walk to the beach but it was quiet in the evenings and just overall one of the best stays we've had in a VRBO

Great Place!

The house was in a beautiful neighborhood very close to bars and restaurants. The house itself was very clean and spacious. The hot tub was the best part and our favorite way to end the day. The yard was also perfect for our pups to run around. The house had everything we needed to feel at home, the kitchen was very well-equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

When we showed up, the house had not been cleaned and the properties managers options was to refund my money and find someplace else to stay pretty hard to do when you have eight adults planning on a vacation we ended up getting in to the house at midnight instead of four in the afternoon after it was cleaned there there was a few minor repairs that need to be made. I conveyed them to the property manager with no communication back. once the house was cleaned, it was a great place close walking distance to the beach and stores and restaurants.

Walking distance to everything

The house was amazing for the price and was walking distance to the beach and several restaurants and shopping. I would recommend bringing an air mattress vs the pull out couch bed, but my husband and I don't have great backs. The living room couch is VERY comfortable!!

Nice place, great location

This is not a party location - it is an excellent quiet property for a large family group. Great access to beach, bay and restaurants but in relaxed quiet neighborhood. Property is in great shape, clean and the backyard is great.

Amazing Place

House was everything it was advertised to be! It was immaculately clean & had everything we needed during our stay. Location was PERFECT! PB resort living

We had a great stay. The house was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and walking to the beach. The only problem we had was with the front security screen door. Someone accidentally locked it and no one had the key including the property manager. Luckily we were able to open it without a key.
