The Family Beach House

  • Nuestra propiedad de San Diego se encuentra en el encantador barrio de Pacific Beach, a sólo dos cuadras de la playa ya dos cuadras de Mission Bay. Es ideal para familias, jubilados y parejas jóvenes, ya que tiene un patio trasero cerrado (bueno para los más pequeños) con una nueva barbacoa, sillas de jardín para contar historias, así como un árbol de naranjos y limoneros con frutas durante todo el año. ! La propiedad tiene una entrada con una puerta privada para dos vehículos, así como aparcamiento en la calle disponible - una gran ventaja para el verano en este popular suburbio de San Diego playa. Esta propiedad se encuentra a poca distancia (3 minutos o menos) no solo de la playa, sino de muchos restaurantes populares, bares, cafeterías / heladerías, tiendas de la calle Garnet y una tienda de comestibles. Nuestro barrio es tranquilo, pero cerca de la diversión por lo que pedimos a nuestros inquilinos a ser respetuoso de nuestros maravillosos vecinos que viven en el año alrededor de la zona. La casa fue construida en la década de 1950 cuando Pacific Beaches palmeras alineadas calles estaban hechas de arena, así que tiene un antiguo sentir encanto que nos encanta! Perfect home for a family stay. The host is extremely thoughtful and check in was a breeze. We loved being a short walk from the bay and restaurants, as well as having the private parking and backyard. Would stay many times over. Thank you, Jessica!

Wonderful family beach home! We traveled with my toddler and this home had everything to make us feel comfortable and make the trip a little easier with a little one. The yard was great for hanging out in the evenings and the location was perfect for early morning strolls along the beach.

Host provided excellent instructions and accommodations. This house is lovely and in a fantastic area, it’s 1 block away from a grocery store and the beach! The only thing that I would recommend is having couple of fans throughout the house as the AC was struggling to keep up during our stay. Overall I would highly recommend staying at this house for your next getaway.

The property was adorable and super clean upon check-in. We loved the private parking and close proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants. I would recommend bringing your own beach chairs if you have a large group as they only had a couple on site.

Great stay!

Great location walking distance from the beach, grocery store, and many restaurants. Very convenient parking - we have a large SUV and had no problem fitting in the enclosed driveway. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home close to beach

The beach home was clean, stocked with everything we needed for a 5 day stay. The location is very walkable to beach, coffee shops, restaurants and a grocery store. The beach towels and toys made the stay perfect.

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was cozy, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.
