Reservations canceled 14 days or more before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund.
Reservations canceled 7–13 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable.

We use a smart lock and we will text you the code shortly before arrival. Please note there are security cameras on the front exterior of the home.
