Studio #2 Fully-equipped with Boardwalk Patio Access - Oceanfront! Pet-Friendly!

  • The Candelore Family is happy to offer a studio apartment with Boardwalk Patio privileges. The studio has a full kitchen area with table and chairs. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Note that the apartment is not directly on the beach and does not have a direct view to the ocean. With the front door open, there is an oblique view to the boardwalk, and the main living area side window has a distant view to the ocean. The shared patio is on the boardwalk, but not attached to the unit itself. The unit is upstairs towards the rear of the property. The upstairs is light and bright and the window blinds may be left open as it is difficult for people to see in.

    PLEASE READ AND AGREE BEFORE INQUIRING: The unit is suitable for 2 adults (a couple possibly with one infant or small child - 5 years old or younger). There is no access to the patio for non-guests. Due to the small shared area of the patio available to the studio, no one can be invited to come to the patio. For the health of our guests, no smoking of any kind is allowed inside the unit. We are serious: offenders will be fined and reported to the platform.

    There is a barbecue that may be used with the unit that is located in the common courtyard area.

The studio was perfect for a weekend get away for me and my spouse.It location was is literally just a minute from board walk and beach. The host was very nice and attentive & the studio was clean and included alot of amentites and easy check in process.

Yes...the stay was pleasant...despite weather and holiday...there was plenty to do...unit was as described...surprisingly fairly quiet for being near an alley. Ocean sounds were amazing to listen to at night..stayed warm throughout the stay.

Beautiful spot

Can’t ask for a better spot for 1 or 2 people that just want to be close to the beach. Host was very accommodating and checkin was zero effort. Would definitely stay here again.

Beach night getaway

This little place was the perfect little getaway. Super clean and very comfortable. Loved how close it was to the beach and good food. Our only regret na that we weren’t there longer. Loved our stay.

Love love love the ocean front patio

Very relaxing. Room, especially the king sized bed! Wonderful rest with the sound of the ocean in the background.Nice fully equipped kitchen too!
