Studio #1 Fully-equipped with Boardwalk Patio Access - Oceanfront! Pet-Friendly!

The Candelore Family is happy to offer a second studio apartment with Boardwalk Patio privileges. This studio has been recently refurbished. The studio has a full kitchen area with table and chairs. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Note that the apartment is not directly on the beach and has great view to the waves, beach, and Boardwalk. The shared patio is on the boardwalk, but not the unit itself. The unit is upstairs towards the rear of the property. The upstairs is light and bright and the window blinds may be left open as it is difficult for people to see in.

Our chairs and sofas have comfy cushions that most of our guests enjoy and that few others have in Mission Beach.

PLEASE READ AND AGREE BEFORE INQUIRING: The unit is suitable for 2 adults (a couple possibly with one infant or small child - 5 years old or younger). There is no access to the patio for non-guests. Due to the small shared area of the patio available to the studio, no one can be invited to come to the patio. For the health of our guests, no smoking of any kind is allowed inside the unit. We are serious: offenders will be fined.

There is a barbecue that may be used with the unit that is located in the common courtyard area.

There is parking for 1 SUV.

The place is cute and worked for a weekend for us as just two adults. There's a support beam in the garage that makes opening the driver's door impossible so we had to find street parking so make sure you have a VERY small car to park in the garage. Also I messaged the owner a question and never got a response so that is why the 3 star review.

I love access to the boardwalk with coffee and breakfast spots, and the patio to watch everyone going by. We used the beach chairs. The kitchen is well appointed but we didn’t really use it.

Beautiful little studio perfect for a getaway. Good view from the beach and very close when wanting to take a walk on the sand or even take a swim in the water! Kitchen is a great size, parking is perfect and host is very responsive when it comes to questions! 10/10 will gladly come back here!

We had a quick trip and needed a one night respite! The place was cute & smelled clean! So cozy, I had the best nights sleep. Located right by the ocean with a view out the window. Communication was excellent with property. Loved it, we will be back.

Perfect cute stayca for 2

We always enjoy this cute studio. Having parking included is a bonus as well as the shared deck area on the strand. Everything we might need is in the studio including coffee and coffee maker. Short walk to restaurants to a meal out. Lovely sunsets, lots of dolphins and lots of people watching. Perfect! <3

Clean and accommodating stay

I really like how easy it is to check in, our property manager explained everything thoroughly 2 days before our stay. There is almost everything you possibly need for a stay, i think i even saw a boogie board! It also smells clean, no cigarette or funky odors. Looking forward to another stay! Oh and perfect homebase to venture out into the city.
