Spectacular Bayfront Oasis! Exceptional views and PRIME location!

Welcome to our prime location condo with stunning bay views! The large windows in the living/dining area offer exceptional sit down vistas of the bay. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second and third bedrooms all have two queen sized beds. There is a full size washer and dryer in bedroom three. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin beds (trundle) perfect for the kids. There are two full bathrooms, one in hallway and one in master bedroom. Everyone will have ample space and convenience.

Our condo is ideally situated just a few steps away from the bay and park, making it an ideal choice for families. You'll have the opportunity to enjoy nightly fireworks provided by Sea World, adding a touch of magic to your evenings!

For relaxation and adventure, take a short stroll on the boardwalk to the Catamaran Hotel, where you can indulge in a spa treatment or rent bikes, kayaks, and more. In addition, you'll find a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and a convenient corner store within walking distance, ensuring you have everything you need nearby.

To make your beach experience even better, we provide boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, and sand toys. And when it's time to fire up the grill, we've got you covered with a BBQ. Stay connected with our free Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

The view is amazing, the home has majority of what we basically need and more. There were a couple of hiccups due to the property being older but Shannon has been an amazing host and took care of them right away. It was a great experience and would definitely come back. Thank you, Shannon.

We had a great stay at Shannon’s home. Communication was quick and easy, and the house was very clean for a beach property. The gated unit is on the second story from the street side and the third story on the water side, giving it both a safe, private feel and incredible views. It was quiet at night, very comfortable overall, and conveniently a short walk to local bars and markets, with the main parts of Pacific Beach just a longer walk or short taxi ride away.

I was nervous that this property would not be as good as it looked in the photos. I needed not to worry. This is an amazing apartment with unbelievable views and access to Mission Bay. Throughout the process from my very first queries to my arrival Shannon was helpful and very responsive. She could not do enough for us to make our stay comfortable and when the fridge stopped working just before we arrived Shannon arranged for a brand new appliance to be delivered and installed the next morning. Mission bay is a beautiful place and it was great to be able to walk down the stairs to the beach and swim. Thank you Shannon for an amazing stay

We stayed at this property for a large family vacation. 12 in all. The accommodations were amazing with full views of the bay. We walked out of the gate right onto the sand and the kiddos had the best time in the tame waters. We would definitely recommend the condo and would like to visit it again. Family vacation

I rented two units. The Penthouse and the the unit directly under it. Total in my family we had 20 people. The units were extremely clean. The location is amazing. My family had plenty of space. I'm definitely going to book for next summer. My family thanked me all week for such s wonderful vacation.

Location, location, location. Steps from the beach, walking path, and relaxation. We only drove anywhere because we had my older parents staying with us but otherwise everything you need in Pacific Beach and the Bay Area is within walking distance or a short bike ride. Great views, wonderful breeze off the water, and plenty to do. We will definitely be back.

Perfect host and location

Months ago, I rented this location because I was excited about its proximity to the beach, beautiful sunsets, and walking distance to great restaurants. I sent a note out to my adult children to see if anyone wanted to join me and most all dead along with their families.It was a perfect location, and the host was excellent with communication. She answered all questions and addressed a few issues when they arose. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Stay at the Bay

Had a wonderful time in this comfortable condo on Mission Bay. Sunset walks, sail boats and people watching were some of our favorite activities during our stay. The condo was roomy enough for our group of 12. Everyone had a bed to sleep in. We could gather comfortably in the living spaces. The fans in the rooms were wonderful for keeping us cool. PARKING was limited because both our vehicles were larger but I had no issues finding FREE STREET PARKING nearby. Grocery store and restaurants 5 mins away. I had prompt responses when needed from Shannon prior to arrival. It would be nice to have measuring cups and measuring spoons and more serving spoons. I would stay here again without hesitation!

Amazing Property

The location was amazing - right on the bay. Close to shopping and many restaurants. Home was large - we had 7 in our group and we had plenty of space. Parking for 2 cars was a bonus! We would definitely stay here again.

10 days of beautiful relaxation!

Shannon, the property manager, was very easy to work with! She was well organized, supportive, caring, and was there to meet whatever needs we had. We are pleased enough with our stay that we have done so for over the past 6 to 7 years. One recommendation we would have for safety is to put grab bars and nonslip mats in each of the tubs for the condo.

Amazing Bayside Property

We had the best time staying here! We stayed here the few days before my wedding with all my bridesmaids. There were 9 of us total and we had plenty of room. The views were spectacular and the property was extremely well taken care of. There is no AC but the host provided fans for each of the room. We absolutely loved staying here, thank you for having us!
