Located in the most desirable area of Mission Beach**1-2 minute walk to the Beach or Bay!**Great outdoor patio area w/private propane grill, table, chairs, umbrella**Very spacious 2 story, 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a King Bed and one with two Twin Beds, a cozy area with a lounger and both with a balcony. Both bedrooms have TV's and ceiling fans. There are two bathrooms both with showers. Upstairs bathroom has double sinks extended shower and bench.**The contemporary open large living room has a 4k Smart TV and a queen sofa sleeper**We include free cable, high speed internet & designated parking**Modern kitchen with sitting bar, stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, glassware, and a coffee bar, coffee and creamers**Separate dining area with a table that seats six**

We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, boogie boards, beach toys and other beach items during your stay**

LOCATION!! Conveniently located to so many San Diego attractions! We are located in the most desirable area of Mission Beach, on the peninsula where the Ocean is on one side and Mission Bay on the other side, both within a 1-2 minute walk*Miles of beautiful beach and bay boardwalk for walking, jogging, biking, and skating and watching spectacular sunsets!**Lots of sandy beach for lounging or to enjoy, volleyball, surfing, boating, kayaking & boogie boarding**Next door from our home is Mission Market, Pubs, Coffee House, Dining, and more**Located just a short walk along the beach boardwalk is family fun @ Belmont Park. It is a beachfront amusement park with lots of fun activities and rides for the kids and Adult fun as well ...with restaurants, shopping, and water activities**Also home to the "Big Dipper" Roller Coaster.

We are conveniently located near some of the hottest spots and attractions that San Diego has to offer such as, SeaWorld, Old Town, Balboa Park and Museums, San Diego Zoo, La Jolla Coves, Birch Aquarium, Liberty Station, USS Midway, Seaport Village, Gas Lamp District, Little Italy, Padres Stadium, Downtown San Diego, Airport, Legoland and much more!**

Great stay! Short walk to the beach. Conveniently located next to a market, bar and coffee shop. House was perfect for a family of 4. Updated and clean house with cute beach decor. Thoughtful host sent us a message during our stay to check on us. Would definitely come back.

South Mission Beach Amazing Stay

My family had a great time during our stay. Great location, perfect for my family and we loved everything about the place. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place with a great beach location and easy access to all the things San Diego has to offer.

Too short of stay

Wonderful few days by the beach. Close to store, restaurants, coffee, Belmont park. The house was clean and modern and furnished with everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back.

Mission Beach

Great place to stay. It is super close to the beach and within easy walking distance of Belmont Park. The condo had lots of beach towels and toys handy. It was a home away from home, great for a stay with kids.

Our Family of 5 had a wonderful stay here! The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with absolutely everything possibly needed. Situated within steps of the beach, restaurants, and entertainment we would definitely recommend staying here. We would be happy to come back again.

We really enjoyed staying in Mission Beach and being steps away from the ocean was wonderful. It is really a cozy beach getaway spot and the unit itself made us truly feel like we were on vacation.

Spring break

Wonderful stay. Great location- steps to the beach, food and a market. Communicative hosts. Had a great time with our two young kids during their “spring break.” We stayed 4 nights but there was so much to do I wish we stayed longer and hope to come back!

Perfect getaway

The condo was just what we hoped it would be! Super clean and cute, with extra personal touches (coffee, creamer, hair dryer, lots of blankets, etc). Loved having a dedicated parking spot as well. The location was great, as it was easy to walk on and off of the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

5 Star Experience

I recently visited with my wife and two kids (6 and 3), it worked out great for us! The house is clean, beds are comfy. First time visiting SD, I felt the location was perfect. Few blocks off the beach, a short walk to belmont park and plenty of other food and entertainment options. The Zoo, Seaworld and old town San Diego are all close by as well!

Lovely Place

A nicely decorated and comfortable rental. Extra beach amenities which was greatly appreciated. The master bedroom mattress is soft which my husband enjoyed. The neighbors were friendly and fun and the location is perfect walking distance to everything you may need.

Excellent host - easy to reach and very helpful local suggestions.Super clean place with beachy vibes throughout. Kitchen has everything needed.Beach chairs and coolers were a huge plus.Super short and beautiful walk to the beach and boardwalk. Coffee, breakfast lunch and dinner all within 50 feet.Belmont park is also a short walk away for family entertainment.You should note that there is no air conditioning (I missed this detail), although fans are provided in every room.There is also some street noise in the later evening (10p-12a) from the main bedroom due to the nearby restaurants. This required closing the slider and losing cool air supply.These minor details did not overshadow all the perks of this place. We will be back!
