The five bedrooms are complete with a soothing color palette, soft linens, luxury mattresses, plenty of natural light, and blackout shades.

The master suite features a King size bed and a private bathroom with walk in shower and tub. You also have a private balcony off of the master bath with views of the SD Skyline. You can watch your favorite shows on the 65 inch Samsung TV without leaving your bed, or even watch the Seaworld fireworks show from the comfort of your bed. The window in this room features panoramic views of Mission bay, Downtown San Diego skyline, and Seaworld fireworks show!

The second bedroom has two Full size beds as well as a desk/work station. Open up the windows for dreamy green views, and fall fast asleep on the luxury mattress.

The third bedroom has a Queen Bed and closet stocked with hangers, Iron board/Iron and 2 extra Queen size self inflating air mattresses.

The Fourth room has 4 twin size beds and large balcony which also features views of Mission bay and Downtown San Diego skyline

The Fifth room is located on the first floor and has a queen size bed.

The movie room is equipped with a 2023 75 inch Samsung UltraHD Smart TV and linked up to a Harmon Kardon home audio system. This room also has a popcorn machine and game cabinet filled with popular board games and card games. This room has a large couch for watching movies or playing games which also doubles as a full size pull out bed.

The Dinning room features a large table with 8 seats and views of Mission bay, San Diego Downtown skyline, and Seaworld Fireworks show.

The three bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, lotion, towels, and blow dryer.

The stunning kitchen has everything to cook your favorite meal. Custom cabinets are stocked with cups, plates, kitchen gadgets, plenty of utensils in the drawers, and blender. Stock up on groceries and keep them organized in the full-size refrigerator.

Keurig Coffee make with Keurig pods provided. Brew a cup of Joe to enjoy out on the patio! The dreamy kitchen is open and spacious, making it easy for multiple guests to move about. After a big meal together, use the large sink and dishwasher for quick and easy cleanup.

A sunny formal dining area invites everyone to gather together, share their adventures for the day, and enjoy a homemade meal (or takeout/delivery). The dining table sits next to multiple large windows that look out into the city and bay views, creating a place to play board games or set up your laptop to catch up on emails.

Grab a book and relax on the deck , work on your tan while enjoying the view on the lounger chair or if shade is more your thing lay under San Diego Palm trees in the 2 person hammock , or challenge yourselves to a game of Corn hole, Giant Connect Four, or Giant Jenga.

The sky lights up at night with the Seaworld fireworks show, which this home has the perfect view of. You will have a perfect view of the show whether you are in the Jacuzzi, dinning room, deck, living room, master bedroom, ect. Seaworld does the fireworks nightly during the summer season and holiday weekends. Please check on SeaWorld San Diego's website for the exact Fireworks schedule.

When you stay in this gorgeous home, you have the entire space to yourself. You can use all the rooms and amenities, including the washers and dryers, outdoor spaces, Jacuzzi, high-speed WiFi ect

From here, you're just minutes from the local grocery stores, Pacific Beach, and some of the area's best shopping, dining, and nightlife venues. You're also a short drive from some of San Diegos most beautiful natural landmarks, hiking trails, water sports, beach, golf courses, and other outdoor recreation spots.
Other things to note
• Jacuzzi Heating - We do not charge a daily heating fee like most other rentals in the area. We have the Jacuzzi heater set to maintain a water temp of 102F, but you are free to adjust it up or down to the temperature you prefer.

•STRICTLY NO PARTIES - all visitors must be listed on reservation and by name on rental contract. No unregistered guests may be on the premises without prior approval. Fine of $150 per unregistered guest.

• Quiet hours after 10PM are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance. TheJacuzzi/deck area is closed between 10PM-8AM, $500 fine if quiet hours and jacuzzi/deck closure hours are not followed.

• EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT: Please message us directly for early check-in/late check-out requests, we will do our best to accommodate if our booking schedule allows.

• There is a "Ring" doorbell and cameras recording on the premises (outdoors only, no recording devices inside the home). All cameras are facing away from the property, to ensure the safety of our guests and property. Camera's face the exterior front and back of the home (driveway, front entrance, and rear access point). Please message us about any questions or concerns.
