    Our Bay Park home has 2 full bathrooms. The main bathroom has a full shower with tub for the 2 bedrooms to share. The master bathroom is located within the master bedroom and enjoys a walk-in shower.

    With a fully-stocked kitchen and efficient appliances, cooking at home will be a breeze. The cabinets and drawers are stocked with all the cookware, dishware, and utensils you need. We have a Dual Keurig coffee maker for K-cup pods or ground coffee to brew the way you like to! We even provide salt, pepper, cooking spray, and coffee pods.


    The bright, airy living room is a wonderful place to gather in this spacious home. Relax SoCal style on the sectional sofa and stream your favorite shows on the 65” flat screen Smart TV. The large open windows invite the most beautiful sunshine and make lounging in this room a highly enjoyable experience.

We have negotiated with BabyQuip to offer our guests a 10% discount to rent everything you`d need for your little one’s stay. They will deliver Pack N Plays, cribs, high chairs, car seats, toys, and more, and they will even set everything up prior to your stay. Please inquire for the custom link to set up your order and receive your special discount!


    ☀ The home has an exterior security camera above the front door. It is not located inside the home and only monitors the exterior of the property. There is an approved decibel monitor in the garage above the door. It only measures sound and not what anyone is saying. This is only to prevent large parties that would disturb the community. Both will be on during your stay.


    ☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license that is required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.


    ☀ Vendors like hot tub care, occasionally lawn care and pest control can be expected at no prior notice for monthly/weekly maintenance during your stay


    ☀ Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay.

    ☀ All reservations are subject to a non-refundable 5% credit card processing fee even if reservation is refund-eligable. (NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB GUESTS)
    HOUSE RULES:
    **Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to fine and/or termination by the Host without refund.**
    1. No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy for this property is 16 people. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.
    2. No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property. There shall be a minimum fine of $1,000 for this violation.
    3. Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.
    4. Must be 25 years and older to book.
    5. No pets allowed on property unless specifically stated in the listing; there shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. If pets are stated in the listing, then the following rules apply: Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No other species allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied.
    6. Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time.
    7. A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind.
    8. No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee.
    9. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect guest’s reservations. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation and refund policy for unforeseen events or unfortunate circumstances.
    10. All reservations are subject to a non-refundable 5% credit card processing fee even if reservation is refund-eligible. (NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB GUESTS)
    11. Additional rules may be posted at the property or provided in materials/information at the property.

    Guest and
    Host: West Coast Homestays LLC (“Host”).

    THE PREMISES. The Guest agrees to occupy the following residence from the Host.

    LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises during their confirmed/booked dates (the “Occupancy Term.”) Check in shall be no earlier than 4:00PM on the first date of the Occupancy Term. Check out shall be no later than 10:00AM on the last date of the Occupancy Term or guests shall incur a late fee of $100 for each half hour they are late to check out.

    QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8 AM. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. If stated in the listing, a Minut noise monitor will monitor the noise levels of the home to ensure appropriate decibel levels are not equal to or exceeding 80 decibels. If noise levels are equal to or exceeding 80 decibels, our team will inform you to quiet down. If the noise disturbance is not dismissed after the first formal warning, Host reserves the right to terminate this Agreement with no refund and immediate removal from the Premises.

Beautiful place with a perfect location

Perfect spot for a San Diego vacation- close to beaches, bars, downtown, and the variety of fun neighborhoods the city has to offer. The backyard is great for unwinding with a drink by the pool, and kitchen & living room areas have a nice ambiance for relaxing evenings. Would definitely stay here again!

We Loved It!

This place was a great 3 bedroom with fun backyard and pool table. Close location to everything! We were there for family weekend at SDSU and the time we spent at the house was spent in the yard or playing pool. The beds were so comfortable! The managers were so communicative and that was the best!

Not Great - Clean, good location but needs more

Very clean and good location for adventures. Owner easy to communicate with before/during check-in. BUT they need to put some more money and effort in to the home. Cheap seating, the couch is modular and doesn't stay together, foam mattresses not preferred. All the furniture was cheap and uncomfortable. Patio table is warped, not for eating. The pool table is small and should be thrown out (broken bumpers). The garage was just a garage with a bad pool table, not a game room. Silverware and cookware was cheap and needed attention. (Ice cream bent my spoon and the pan handle was loose). I thought the dishwasher door would fall off and the stovetop didn't work entirely. In conclusion, they need to put a bit more effort and money into this place. It could be really cozy and you can tell the owners care, just needs some love and coziness.
